I noticed some really cute shoes and handbags and jewelry by bigger names like Fossil and Betsey Johnson.

The new location is incredibly open and has massive amounts of natural light which makes the space feel inviting. The staff is always super helpful and made sure to take care of any questions that we had. The new location in combination with the shoe company aspect has changed what is offered in the store a little bit away from the straight running store aspect but there is no issue with that. The options are still nice with a consistent rotation of new items throughout the year.

With much frustration I asked the manager, Paula at the Joplin location for assistance. She was able to contact regional management and had my order refunded and reordered correctly. I've since come to to know the staff and I am greeted by name every time I enter the store. The staff is friendly and professional and I will only go here from now on.
