One time we took my teenage girl down to Rogers for back-to-school shopping at 'the big stores'. We came home with her almost in tears from not finding anything. Went to Sophie the next day and walked out an hour later with all the goods and no stress. My daughter had the best time with the sales gals too. I was very disappointed to say the least. I made a purchase through Instagram because they kept…read morepopping up in my feed and I finally ordered a pair of shoes. After a few days I got a very different tracking number than the one I had received on the initial order and so it was marked as delivered! I never received it. Even though the tracking I formation said that it was placed on my front porch it was never dropped off. I have cameras and went back to look for the day and absolutely no one came by to deliver my package. I tried to call and reach out to the store explaining to them that the mailman had placed delivered on the tracking info.; it was not delivered. I opened an I quirky with USPS and they got back with me saying that they would investigate and that meanwhile I should be able to file a claim through Instagram; that I should also hear back from store management so they could help make it right and at least offer to reshoot the item. I stead they've ghosted me and have given me the run around. I would never buy from them again. It's not the money that I spent; it's the principle of not having any customer appreciation to retain me as a customer.

Very hip and trendy boutique clothing selection fills most of this store. Think Pinterest chic…read more Not my thing to be honest. This boutique clothing is also new stock, not secondhand. In-house framing service and above is a professional photo studio. There's a smattering of antique and flea market type items sold here with prices definitely on the higher side of things, but still a good variety of items. Notable collection of vintage children's clothing (especially dresses and coats). Tiny selection of gourmet food and drink up front, which was probably the most impressive part of the stop for me. This is to the right on entry, and included a range of nicer cheeses and a pretty good mix of Fentiman's beverages. I'd probably rate this store higher but I overheard the man working there asking other shoppers where they came from -- and then talking negatively about their towns in this region. That is a huge *no* in my book and was the main reason I cut my visit short. Still, this is probably a great place to check out for some of the finer things in life if you live in southeast Kansas.
