The store is your usual set up if you've ever been into one before, always stocked, neat and the items are easy to find. I've gone to this location on multiple occasions throughout the years and I've rarely come across a worker who's made me feel welcome or who was the least bit helpful. It's unfortunate that Joplin only has one Sally's store within the city because the workers, not all the workers, just seem to be rude. I usually don't ever return to places where there's poor customer service but seeing that this is one of the only places in the area for beauty supplies, I've just learned to be in and out as fast as possible. It just takes away from the whole experience of browsing for new products and steers me away from buying anything new.
