My compliment is for Quinton in Customer Service...not at the store…read more After shopping at the Columbus location, I had to return a pair of shoes that were too tight, I noticed their ad for SHOE PERKS and inquired about it. The cashier pulled out a Membership Enrollment card and told me a little about it. I put it in my purse and continued with the transaction. When I get home I try to enroll the card and their system tells me the card number is invalid. So I call the number provided and speak with Quinton who enters all the info for me. Upon doing so, he noticed my info had already been added under a different card number. He stated the store already set me up, but there were no purchases. I told him I'd purchased $200 in shoes and should have some points on that account already. After looking at my receipt, I noticed a perks number at the top. I read them off to him and he confirmed that was the number registered. I was a bit pissed at that point because the initial cashier never mentioned anything about their perks program and took it upon herself to add it without my permission, but the points were missing. Quinton quickly resolved the situation by adding the $ amount I'd spent, the points I should've received PLUS an additional 50 points for new members. Although disappointed in how the store handled this rewards thing, Quinton helped to satisfy my angst by realizing and correcting the problem.

When I picked up my six shoes, the leather uppers were scuffed, there was glue on the leather, the new rubber soles had residual glue not wiped off, and had been cut a little too much. I took them back and waited in the lobby for them. I imagine whoever worked on them was in a rush, tired or blind because the shoes came back looking pretty much the same. I didn't bother asking to finish the shoe as it was already pointless with my two attempts at getting the shoes decent. I would never recommend this place to anyone if you have a pair of shoes you really love. Terrible experience. I do not recommend.

When we came back the next day, we weren't acknowledged at all until we'd been in there for 10 minutes and only after my boyfriend decided to try on a few different types by choosing them himself. During those ten minutes, the two women working the cash register just stared at us rudely while we looked around. I'm opting to purchase the insoles suggested by the man on Saturday online as I have used them before and know they work for my Nikes. I had every intention of getting shoes (they had a newly released pair of my preferred brand) and insoles today but I will not be doing that now Customer service is important and clearly some of your employees need help in that department.

Looks like the place used to be an old grocery store or warehouse at one time. No it's a thrift mall. They have all sorts of items in here. In our opinion we feel Joeys Thrift Mall is very organized and easy to walk around and find things. We were very impressed with the furniture section in the back. Wow they have very nice second hand furniture here that you must check out. It worth us driving from Jax up here and taking it back if we found something we needed. Definitely check this place out if you are ever in the area! I only took a few photos but there's a lot more to see!
