    I recently purchased a new PS5 online with GameStop. I have had a very terrible experience. First…read morethe estimated delivery was 1 to 3 days. When it didn't arrive and the tracking showed it hadn't left the store the first thing I did was call the store that it was supposed to ship from to see what the hold up was and I was told that they had no way to look up my order in the system at all and that I should call USPS well I had already checked with USPS and they informed me that they had not received it. I then call customer service who can see that I've placed the order but have no idea where it is and that it was estimated as 3 to 5 days instead of the original estimate and the only solutions I was offered was to wait for it or a refund. After 7 business days and 11 days overall I went to my local store to see if they could help me since the package still hasn't left the store. When I got there they did look it up but had no information. I left and called USPS they said they didn't have it and that there was no way that it wouldn't have been scanned at all in 11 days. I then called the store it was shipped from again this time they did look up the order but said they had already sent it and they didn't have it. So I return into the store asking if I can speak with a store manager to resolve this. The store manager said that there was nothing he could do but issue me a refund and sell me one at the same price. Well GameStop has already taken my money a refund according to your policy can take up to a week. I don't have money to buy a second one and wait for a refund that is a lot of money. When I asked if he could call the district manager he refused saying he wasn't allowed to give his number out. I explained that I was not asking for him to give me the number but simply to use the store phone to contact them and see if they had the authority to resolve it. He refused to call anyone saying he wasn't allowed abd that he could email him. I have already waited almost a week and a half I don't want to wait for someone to stumble across an email and get back to me when? I left the store called customer service the only thing they offered was to escalate it to a team who could look into it but couldn't tell me how long that would take or when I would get my product. This is supposed to be a Christmas present for my husband which I had to work extra to be able to afford and now I don't know if I'll be able to give it to him. I feel as though my money has been stolen and no one wanted to help me just pass me off to the next person. I hope the company can improve there services because this does not make me want to be a customer. I have worked in customer service and retail all my life including being a store manager myself and I would never treat anyone this way. My manager cared very much about making sure customers were happy and would personally talk to them if needed when I called to resolve an issue that I couldn't or didn't have the authority to do. This company clearly doesn't care about their customers.

    Went in with simple task. Trade in 3 games and get Nintendo gift cards with the credit. At least…read moreseems simple. I was helped by cameron. Cameron insisted that he put the credit on a preorder then I can comeback later and cancel the preorder and get the credit. I told him again I just want to trade in the games and get a gift card. He then replied ok I guess you don't want more money and seemed very irritated that I didn't want a pre order. I felt in my gut like I should just get my games back and leave. However after several minutes finally I got credit and got cards but I was so frustrated with the attitude that I didn't check my receipt. I got home and looked online and seen I didn't not get as much credit as it said so I checked my receipt. Seems cameron added a pro membership to my account. He did not ask or mention. In my opinion that's theft. I called customer service and was on the line for about an hour and hopefully getting a refund in 10 days for something if cameron would have asked I would have told him I didn't want. It felt like being in a sleazy car dealership with someone that looked for any possible way to take advantage of you for simply being a customer. I will never shop at GameStop again.
