From the time you walk in until you check out you are made to feel as if you belong. I am not a huge 4/20 person but they make you feel like you know what you're getting into. They explain any and everything to you without hesitation. And the prices are great. The selection of products they have is great for this location. I tell them every time I go, I won't be back, but we know it's a lie. Rob, is super friendly and any other staff member he has totally matches his style of exceptional customer service. They have a forever customer in me.

It's your standard Hot Topic store, with a bunch of t-shirts, Accessories and backpacks. The few…read moretimes I've been in, I've experienced good customer service and employees are very helpful, always with a smile on their face. The only issue I see is that they stock only a few sizes and they won't bring back the t-shirts that sell a lot. Also, the t-shirts don't always fit true to size... I've had to return a couple that ran too small, and when I went to exchange it, they had no more of that design.
