She tired to charge us…read more$180.00 for an alteration job that 1. was quoted at $60.00, 2. was paid for already and 3. was done incorrectly the first time and left marks in the back of my daughter's wedding gown. Then she calls one of the bride's maids who lives and hour away and leaves her a message saying "you have to come here today, today you have to come to try your dress on, I am very busy with other dresses." and hangs up. That was my younger daughter, so I rush to the shop to pick up her dress - it isn't done! She tells me it will be done today, to pick it up then. I tell her I will be in to get it in the morning and drive it down the shore to my daughter's house since she is a nurse and can't get out of her shift. I get there at noon to find out she doesn't open until 2pm! (she could have told me that), I come back at 2 and sit in my car for 40 minutes waiting. My daughter, the bride, calls her and she finally answers at 3:15 and shays to come back now. So so glad we are never going back there again.
