I grabbed a box which was empty and told the sales associate who was right beside me. I tried on a few pair of shoes then left the store. As I parked my stroller to put my baby in the car an associate accosted me in the parking lot accusing me of stealing and threatening to call the police. Long story short I ended up calling the police to help me in this situation. I had not stollen anything and these women were cruel. The employees in this store treated me like a criminal for no reason. Shame on the women working in this store!!!!! I will never shop at any famous footwear again!! Please do not support a business like this!

She is a gifted salesperson who is helpful without being pushy, kind but not afraid to be honest in advising, and cheerful without being phony. She really knows her stuff and it was so nice to be thoroughly guided in the selection with so many choices and styles. Alicia truly went the extra mile, even having my mom try on one more pair "just to make sure," even after my mom had pretty much made her decision.
