I asked for money so I could get other jeans and she claimed she couldn't do that. Have been trying for the past 3 months (after her admission) to get jeans from her or money to replace my old ones. She had a terrible attitude. Sometimes I think it could be me but my bestie was also with me and she's even keeled but mentioned it when I met back up with her in the parking lot. I mean, she was shopping and was so turned off by this older woman, she left the store. Not only did she have a poor attitude she wasted several minutes of my time holding my receipt so close to her face it was if she was blind, despite the glasses on her face. From this point forward, I'll order my things online and get delivery at home, just to avoid dealing with this woman. Her attitude was so poor I almost returned my entire order but I needed jeans. This Forever 21 is poorly managed and did not offer an inviting customer experience. The retailer…read morehad multiple empty fixtures and tables on the sales floor along with numerous rolling racks full of product in the aisle ways restricting customers from shopping the sales floor with ease. Shelves, boxes, and metal hardware were in corners and on tables which seems to be a safety issue, in my opinion. The associates were task oriented and dismissive of the customers in-store. There were numerous employees on the sales floor discussing personal matters involving drunken nights, tattoos, income tax, and more. This location seemed to be launching there 50% off Sale along with a floor set or merchandise update which seems to be a large project to be executing on a Tuesday afternoon during business hours! I would not recommend this Forever 21 if you are looking for an exciting experience of this fast fashion retailer!
