The debit card that the items were purchased on is no longer active due to switching Banks. The lady at the counter did not have a clue how to handle my return so she called the manager. They ran the receipt and put my 87.00 back to that card after I had told them We no longer have it. I asked the manager would not void their mistake and did not give my gift card. I asked them to call corporate for help they would not and said I could not take my merchandise back with me!!! I was so upset when leaving that store. I did have a verbal altercation with the rudest manager I have ever met. They kept my things, I called corporate and they are looking into this for a resolution! A horrible experience

I politely left and it is what it is, I'll sew the hole and move on with life. I could easily say there are no instructions saying you have to cut it, but that's Karen vibes.... Buyer beware.

She loved them and put them on her shoe rack, time came to wear them and one shoe was size 8 (correct shoe size) and one shoe was size 10. The store and customer service didn't do anything when it was THEIR fault for the wrong sizes. This is a sports store we are talking about that can't even give pairs of the same size shoes. Pathetic. Overall, the MCX at Camp Lejeune offers a wonderful shopping experience. The entire store was…read morebeautifully decorated for the holidays, creating a festive and welcoming atmosphere. Associates throughout the store were knowledgeable, friendly, and cheerful, which truly added to the experience during a busy shopping season. There were plenty of sales and special pricing available, making it easy to find great values. The gun counter was extensive and well organized, and the associate working there was both knowledgeable and friendly. The electronics department was impressive with a wide selection, and the children's clothing section was especially large, offering many options for all ages. However, there was one major drawback that significantly impacted my visit. Another patron and I did not have our physical Star Cards with us and needed assistance retrieving our accounts. We were told there was only one person on duty who could access this information at night. Unfortunately, we were informed that this associate was working another job, arrived 40 minutes late, and that we simply had to wait. We were also told that we could drive to another location if we didn't want to wait--but that is not a reasonable expectation for shoppers who are already in-store and ready to purchase. To make matters worse, when the associate finally arrived, there was no apology for the delay. This staffing limitation and lack of accountability was frustrating and ultimately spoiled what otherwise would have been an excellent shopping experience. It makes little sense to have only one individual authorized to handle such an essential function, especially during evening hours and the holiday season. With better contingency planning and customer communication, this could easily be corrected--because aside from this issue, the MCX truly excels in many areas.
