This Forever 21 is poorly managed and did not offer an inviting customer experience. The retailer had multiple empty fixtures and tables on the sales floor along with numerous rolling racks full of product in the aisle ways restricting customers from shopping the sales floor with ease. Shelves, boxes, and metal hardware were in corners and on tables which seems to be a safety issue, in my opinion. The associates were task oriented and dismissive of the customers in-store. There were numerous employees on the sales floor discussing personal matters involving drunken nights, tattoos, income tax, and more. This location seemed to be launching there 50% off Sale along with a floor set or merchandise update which seems to be a large project to be executing on a Tuesday afternoon during business hours!
I would not recommend this Forever 21 if you are looking for an exciting experience of this fast fashion retailer! read more
