She had a terrible attitude. Sometimes I think it could be me but my bestie was also with me and she's even keeled but mentioned it when I met back up with her in the parking lot. I mean, she was shopping and was so turned off by this older woman, she left the store. Not only did she have a poor attitude she wasted several minutes of my time holding my receipt so close to her face it was if she was blind, despite the glasses on her face. From this point forward, I'll order my things online and get delivery at home, just to avoid dealing with this woman. Her attitude was so poor I almost returned my entire order but I needed jeans. I had 14 items in this order and only kept 4. The 2 stars are for the jeans & how adorable they were.

I am not sure why these other reviews are negative, but if you are concerned about the pricing and…read morehidden fees of your bill before you come into the store, expressing it to the sales rep resolves the issue! *For the record, I NEVER leave reviews, but the staff here deserves it. Before I started coming to this store location (inside the Jacksonville, NC mall), I dreaded seeing any local AT&T customer service reps in person. The wait was always TERRIBLE, and the other local stores refused to set an appt over the phone; they told my husband and I we can only make an appt through the app and it didn't always work so we would have to wait LONGER to see a rep because we would have to physically make an appt in store. As a result, I began to call AT&T customer service reps rather than go in person (and their call center customer service can be dreadful, too). It's not a good sign when your customers avoid having to deal with your company if possible, and that's the road we were slowly going down with AT&T... My husband and I were going to merge phone plans to save money, so we reluctantly went to the local store closest to our home to discuss pricing and do it in-store. We were so frustrated we walked out within 3 minutes. Desperate, we then went to the Jacksonville, NC mall location and have never had a better experience! The staff was SO helpful and friendly. Not only did we receive the help we needed, we ended up getting a DIRECTV package and preordering 2 iPhone X's as well. One staff member in particular, the manager Curtis Swenson, made us feel like we are more than just money in AT&T's pocket. I have never experienced such excellent customer service from any cell phone/cable provider rep that I have ever been with previously (we have been with Verizon, Sprint, and T-Mobile). Since then, if my husband and I have had any questions or problems, Curtis has not only remained patient and polite amidst our frustrations and complaints, but also fixed them in a timely manner and empathized with us over things that weren't even his fault (AT&T dropped the ball when iPhone X preorders came through and promised many customers that the phone would be here long before it actually arrived). The other store staff are amazing, too. We highly recommend Curtis Swenson and all of the other AT&T staff members inside the Jacksonville, NC mall. And as to the negative reviews before this one, I can vouch from our MULTIPLE interactions with these staff members that if you have a concern and bring it to them, they will do whatever they can to fix it. Fees that are tacked onto your bill aren't always within the employee's control, and any modifications made to lower your bill don't update on the website for a little while. Just talk to them about it!

Ooo. My first spicy review!…read more This is the only physical Adam and Eve I've visited. Whenever I enter, I'm welcomed with all sorts of smiles and how are yous. Just the way retail employees should work. They're always extremely knowledgeable about the products because it's basically their job to up-sell and because they have firsthand experience with some of the merchandise. I visited in early February and there were a few couples, but way more people shopping for friends and SOs. Lots of deals and money to be made around this time of year! I can't compare it to other A&Es, but for the town of Jacksonville, it has a good amount of stuff. The website obviously has more to offer, but if you need something quick or just wanna browse, this is the place for you. Lots of toys, lingerie, movies, the things you would expect from a sex shop. Plenty of toy cleaner, lubricant, and novelty gifts surrounding the checkout counter. The prices are good, too! Don't expect to break the bank here because while they do try to steer you towards the more expensive items, they always bring up cheaper options. They've always been good at not making you feel awkward. Some people feel out of place in adult shops because of the stigma surrounding being openly sexual and I definitely feel like a store like this one would make more people feel okay with expressing themselves. My only issue would have to be the lack of bags, not the bags after you purchase something. You know, sometimes you want something sleek when storing your personal items and the only thing they offered was this (very plush) gray bag that could fit three blow dryers. Not exactly discreet or cheap. You something that looks like a cosmetic bag that fits everything I need in it. Some bags... make things... melt. It's weird. I don't feel like saying this because I'm a grown woman and anyone who's friends me with on and off Yelp is grown as well, but I'll say it anyway: sexually enjoying yourself is a natural thing. Whether you do it with a significant other or others, a friend, a random person, yourself, or you paid for it, there's no need or reason to be ashamed of it. Actually, indulge whenever possible and appropriate. Might take the edge off of some of you. Enjoy~
