They have a wide variety of toys which is awesome the only issue I have is the fact that if you buy a toy they keep them behind the counter outside of the box.... Nothing worse then paying $200 for a "toy" to have the cashier touch all over it ( showing you how it works) and then place it in the box it came out of, gloves need to be mandatory not just disinfectant from a large pump jug. Keep the original in the box, a total of $320 and two of the items were touched..... not very sanitary, keep a floor model to educate and don't break the seal on a new box..... read more

Curiosity got the better of me and I decided to stop by and check this location out. The selection was minimal and I didn't see any sales or clearances as previously noted. The best adult store in Jacksonville and women friendly (no video arcade with conveniently placed holes, not that I have anything against holes). Priscilla McCall's has lingerie, bachelorette supplies, dvds, and toys. And hooker heels, almost forgot they have clear stripper high heels. There are 2 Priscilla's in Jacksonville the same size and same selection. They are both worlds better and cheaper than the other 2 adult stores in town. While they didn't have Gun Oil brand lube I was looking for they have a decent selection and testers so I could find an alternative. They don't carry poppers. They toy selection is also pretty good. Completely disappointed with my most recent visit to this store. There were two women working tonight, and older dark haired Caucasian woman and a younger Hispanic woman with green in her hair. They greeted my husband and I as we walked in like they always do but from that moment until we left they were both very odd acting and honestly wouldn't leave us alone. I didn't catch onto it until we had been there for about 15-20 min but my husband said he could feel their vibe from the moment we walked in. I'm assuming they thought we were going to steal something...that is how they made us feel anyway. Down every aisle (there is only 3 or 4 ) they were right there with us acting like they were straightening things up or moving something around and had to have asked us at least 5 times if not more if we needed help. We have been to this store probably 6 times now in the last year and each time the staff has tried hard to make us feel comfortable and always (ALWAYS!!!) let's us know that they have all of the toys on display up front if we would like to see one out of the box or if we are curious about how any of them work. That was never offered to us on this trip. When we did walk over to the display area, actually had a question about how to turn one on and the older woman (who, no doubt, was right there beside me) brushed me off and said "oh that just squeezes tighter." Ummm ok...that is when I realized they were not interested in making a sale at all. They were following us to watch us closely. There were probably 2 or 3 customers that came in after us and we then a group of 4 men, and they were not followed around the store like us. Really!!?? The couple shopping is more worrisome over a group of men . We were both very disappointed in the way we were treated this time around. The complete opposite of how it has been any other time! Needless to say, we decided not to buy what we had intended on purchasing (which was not by any means anything cheap!) Aside from this experience, the store is very well organized and clean. Very upset with the experience I had here today. My wife and I went in with intentions of buying some toys or what not. We were browsing the whole store and halfway through one of the ladies asked to keep my wife's purse, like she was trying to steal or something. We left shortly afterward because we felt sooo awkward. They didn't ask for anyone else's purse or anything... We showed up with the intent to spend a good amount of money but that really killed our vibe and we felt uncomfortable and left. Stopped in this store today for bachelorette party items and was super pleased with selection and prices. The store clerk was awesome and was super helpful with helping me being this is a very nontraditional wedding. Very wide range of items, and spaced great so everything is not on top of each other and you are in no ones way. Plenty of awesome sales and great clearance, very clean, super inviting, non judgment zone. Will be returning this week to pick up some last minute items. read more

Very awesome place! Full inventory, wide selection, and friendly staff. I am most excited about the products they have available for men. Most of the stores in the area either don't carry male sexual products or just deny that gay people exist and sometimes need to buy sexy things too. Reasonable pricing as well. VERY nice ladies. All the Priscillas stores have at least one thing right- their salesgirls tell you straight up if a product works well, is worth the money, and whether its popular. In fact, i literally went to ask one of the saleswomen about a toy and went "Hey what do you think of..." "Nope, put it down. Not worth it." How often do you hear a salesperson say that? They want you to be HAPPY with your purchase. You can test most all of the better toys, they have "sampler" versions and once i picked up one i had been interested in that they just couldnt get to charge. They literally didnt go any further telling me about it since i couldnt see for myself, zero pressure. They DONT work on comission, but test A LOT of them(no small feat considering how fast new products come out), so these are salesppl you can actually trust. No pressure environment too. Ive been to more than one Priscillas and this seems to be standard across the board. Dont spend your money on the store environment- prices are cheaper, and the store isnt "pretty", but the products are mostly the same, and the staff are much better than other places ive been. Honestly the very best option bw the creepy corner adult bookstore and the upscale place where you pay more just for the lighting. But the salespeople are the best thing Priscillas has going for them. And they all seem so happy lol... read more

I will go out and say it, its like a grocery store. Everything is very organized. Each category is in its own section. There is even a spot for clearance (which is pretty fun to ransack). The staff makes you comfortable and they are super friendly. Wouldn't mind working here at all. Its only downside is that it is a little pricey. I will continue to shop here though. read more
