As soon as I walked in the door a very nice girl at the counter greeted me. She did a great job at easing my nerves.. Probably not even knowing she was calming me down but her sweet demeanor definitely helped my anxiety. I waited maybe 5 minutes in the waiting room/exam room for my initial visit and again for my follow up. The office is extremely efficient, clean, and well organized. Both of the nurses that took my vitals and bloodwork were super sweet and very friendly too. The nurse that took my blood did so without me having any pain or any feelings of discomfort. My Physician was Lou. She was wonderful. She sat with me and discussed all my concerns and answered all my questions. She was compassionate and thorough, she too made me feel at ease with the whole process. I left HerKare feeling a sense of wellness not only physically but mentally.
