I had a front bottom left molar extracted, tooth 19 to be precise. These people made me feel so comfy, and the whole procedure took about 5 minutes. It was so quick and easy. And cheaper than anywhere. I expected it to be more than $250 (which I was quoted elsewhere) because this is a specialists office. In other words I wish this place did general dentistry, so I could always go here. The only thing I have to criticize is the front desk receptionist was kinda short with me. I called Medfords office to make the appointment here in grants pass and they told me 2:15 so I shows up but she explained it was scheduled at 1. So I apologized and asked if it was too late or do I have to reschedule? But she like sighed and said "no it should be okay." On the phone making the appointment, at the counter when I checked in and when the dentist inquired who refered me! They did not discuss with me any of the procedures they were doing or the cost of the procedures. I would not have consented if I knew they were not covered. I am a senior surviving mostly on my Social Security and I received a huge bill. I feel completely taken advantage of. I appealed with my insurance company, Regence, and they have denied my appeal. Evidently , there is another dentist Dr. Fox in my city and who is in my network. I made an appointment with the wrong one. I don't understand why this other Fox Dental did not inform me at any time that I would be charged for my exam or X-rays. Sadly, I can't recommend them. They were very nice and the office is beautiful.

Every interaction in their office and on the phone has been a positive one. They also will not do any unnecessary procedures or try to upsale you. Once when I was sent instead of doing the surgical procedure my dentist sent me there for they were able to some minor stuff and put me on medication. Saved me a lot of money and time. If you need endodontic work done, you will consider yourself blessed if you are their patient.
