From checking in to the exam, and until I leave I always feel very welcome. I have horrible anxiety when it comes to the dentist but am at ease here. The day of my Appointment, I walked into his Office with an open mind, but still filled with trepidation. I needn't have worried. I was taken care of in the most courteous, professional, capable and friendly manner, and this was all BEFORE I was introduced to Dr. Vareldzis himself. He is highly competent, skilled and very considerate of his patients. Furthermore, he is very gracious and warm (and, I might add, charming.) I immediately felt comfortable and at ease. He makes sure you are comfortable with what he is doing, as he actually takes the time to explain things, so there is no fear or wondering on the patient's part. I also want to mention, on two separate occasions, after fairly detailed dental procedures, he called the next day to check on me and find out how I was feeling. Well, you could have blown me over with a feather!! He takes the time, personally, to check on his patients. Lastly, I'd like to mention as a patient, I put my utmost faith and trust in all my Medical Providers. I personally feel Dr. Vareldzis is of the caliber that exceeds anything I have previously experienced. I feel very Blessed to have this gentleman as my Dentist.

Every single staff member I've interacted with has been friendly and accommodating. I'm a wheelchair user and find the office far more navigable than most medical settings. Plus they have SUPER sturdy dental chairs with arms that go down on BOTH sides, which is a rare find -- and absolutely great for higher-weight patients. I can't think of a single way they could improve - they even offer a membership that saves some $$.

The last time I was there was I saw a whole different crew. Darla has cleaned my teeth for years. I asked where she was and they said she and the other hygienist had retired. That was totally incorrect. They both walked out on the same day. After the new hygienist cleaned my teeth. Dr. Hale checked my teeth for maybe 5 minutes. When I went to pay my they added an extra charge for Dr. Hale to look at my teeth. I am now going to a different dentist. I would not recommend this office to anyone.
