She'd given me the wrong information the day before when I'd specified which country it was for yet insisted I was in the wrong. Until they either retrain or replace the post office counter staff I will go somewhere else.

Inside the store could do with a bit of a makeover and the shelves look empty which is never a good look for any store. It has a small range of goods but nothing spectacular and also has a small range of alcohol. Its ok if your just after a loaf of bread and some milk and a treat for the kids. The people who work here are a bit abrupt and customer service is not high on the list but if your lucky one of them may crack a smile.

Despite looking slightly run down from the outside, the inside is cutting edge (by Post Office terms), with several windows as well as several automated machines that let you print your own stamps, meaning there's never much of a wait, despite being relatively busy. They also have an intelligent ticketing queue system, which lets people sit down whilst waiting instead of having to stand in a line (it's the little things in life, isn't it?). As well as general postage services, they've got a classic Post Office selection of stationary, as well as a couple of booths for passport and driving license photographs.
