Friendly and efficient service, good access to banking facilities if you bank with A&L and happen to live in a town with no local branch. Easy to reach on foot, via bus and has free parking if driving to it. Situated inside the local costcutters which is now easier to access with a pushchair or limited mobility thanks to the addition of an automatic door. Staff are helpful and find best deal for you on postage as well as being patient with ebayers who ship alot of packages. Only negative is low staffing first thing in a morning, between 9am and 9.45 it is extremely crowded/busy as local first schools drop off at 9am and only one member of staff is working. read more

Although this isn't my local post office, we do go the extra mile to visit this one, to ensure it has enough business not to be closed. The staff are really friendly and helpful and take the time to learn your name and what sort of service you generally require - e.g. recorded delivery etc. Really good with packages when i'm doing ebay stuff etc. There is a free car park just outside the shopping complex and a couple of shops and a chippy. There is a high school over the road (arrow vale) so i try to avoid going about 3pm when the kids all come out of school, but otherwise really great. read more

Great post office, good service and friendly staff.

nice store but post office is in wrong place, staff dont know a lot about there products when asked, prefer other post office mile away although single person man'd but more knowledgeable, hence why I dont use matchborough, there is a shool near by and chemist chippy and bus route no council office nearest is Winyates read more
