Five counters, rarely more than two and never more than three staff serving. Inside is bright and…read moreairy but produce inside here is now expensive and poor quality. Despite being incredibly busy beforehand this post office is now smaller than it was before and offers less service than it did before. There is a Post Office on Gospel Lane that I keep forgetting about that you will definitely get served quicker at. In fact I typed this review whilst already queueing for 10 mins at a time that I wouldn't exactly consider peak time.

I recently had an argument with an older member of staff when trying to post something abroad. She'd given me the wrong information the day before when I'd specified which country it was for yet insisted I was in the wrong. On another occasion when I handed over a bill and said I wanted to pay the full amount the same member of staff asked me what I meant by the full amount!! Useless. Until they either retrain or replace the post office counter staff I will go somewhere else.
