Most donut shops push their Kolaches in order to make more money. This why most donut shops just make a limited supply of different types. Donuts Delight supply to theiir customers what they like to order, not what the owner wants to push & sell. Besides having a large variety for sale their donuts are made to perfection & I have not found this true by all the other donut shops, especially in Hockley & Cypress. By the way after investigating Kolaches on the net, it stated Kolaches after 2 hours bacteria starts to set in. So if they are made between 5am & 6am then put in a refridgerated counter, I will not eat one, I don't want to get tummy pains later on. Kolaches if left over I read are to be individually wrapped then refrigerated. Now tell me how many donut shops are going to do this? Most just put the whole tray into the fridge to sell the next day.
