When I was looking at the croissants I guess the owner saw my dismay at there only being sausage in the case. She asked, "do you want bacon? I'll make it for you.." of course I told her yes. So she went to the back and made me a bacon egg and cheese croissant. The bacon was thick and cooked to perfection. Everything tastes so fresh.
