Finally Chase came to my house again and we decided on the epoxy color and it was to take two days to do the work the following week. The following week never happened. I contacted my attorney and a certified letter was sent to Mr Toth and no response. I'm in the process of contacting the HICPA and the Attorney General's office. I will also contact the BBB. So needless to say, do not do business with Chase Toth because Chase Toth will not do business with you. I will get my deposit refunded.

First it was hard to get him here on the date scheduled always had an excuse when they finally did show they washed my house which killed all my flowers and bushes in my landscaping. I called my brother to ask if this was normal he told me they should of watered everything down before and after which they did not do though when asked Chase said they did. I was there they did not they had to return because the team did not do my railing or the roof of my porch and still I had bird poop on my deck when they were done.So they came back to clean up my walkway they blasted the weeds out and cleaned the pavers and had to come back the next day after to let them dry.Now before Chase had the job he said after resandin he would seat it and it last could last up to 3yrs at least 1.well they remanded sealed it and left took his payment.The very next day my dog got sick and a few days after I had to put him down So I did not pat attention to my walkway. I was devastated with the loss of my dog.So when I did.look at my walk way ther was a white coating all over it.I thought it was sand so I tried to sweep it off...scrub it off nothing and I saw grass growing already.I contacted Chase he said he would come look at it.Never did back and forth through phone calls and texts promises to fix it or give my money back"With all that he was he would fix it"then it was to cold asked him for a contract nothing promised first thing jn the spring...then nothing sends me a bogus invoice that says if I pay at the end of job I am satisfied with job which means nothing as I have the texts of his company promising to fix it or money back...I have submitted a claim to the Attorney General and will pursue further if necessary. No his work is not worth the money spent
