I found Jenna on Yelp with lots of positive reviews and she didn't disappoint. They have shorter hours on Sunday (10-2), but I was still able to get an appointment when I called the day before. The shop is clean and the prices were definitely reasonable compared to what I've paid elsewhere. She did great work and I'll definitely be going back!

This is a lovely little spa inside the Marriott Falls View hotel. The indoor hot tub and salt sauna were both quite spacious, and while the three outside pools were much smaller, they were great for working through the circuit of varying temperatures. There's also a dry sauna you access from that area. You get unlimited use of the facility for three hours, which is quite a good deal. We are big fans of nordic contrast circuits and have visited plenty of similar spas in various cities and countries. For the price, this one covers all the bases very well with few frills, and that's okay with us. The service was good, and the employees friendly, even if they did seem a bit overworked at times. This location isn't as luxurious in its other amenities as some other options in nearby Niagara-On-The-Lake, so if you're after a full pampering experience, you might look into one of those, but the much lower cost here made it a worthwhile trade-off for us. Plus the location is convenient to a lot of other sites and restaurants, and free parking is included. All in all, good facilities, good people, good price point. We will be back again for sure!

We both had our inferred session same day together Monday afternoon. He had his facial same day Monday-he said he really enjoyed it. He face was very dewy and moisturized . Pleasant experience. My spa session on Tuesday was good; I'm am so glad i booked early morning bc I had the place to myself for almost two hours. Remember I said petite.Yes it a cute space to relax is you have an hour or so. Tried the Himalayan salt sauna larger pool; open shower, dry sauna and hottest whirlpool(it was mild). The cold plunge whirlpool was good. I enjoyed my time. They have three whirlpools outside fits 4 comfortably maybe 5 strangers. I had them to myself so it was wonderful. Overall it was a great experience for me. They seem to offer full spa services from what I saw as I walked around. The spa gets a 4 star due to amenities cleanliness and offerings. Although small the space was utilized well. I very big on customer service and the Tuesday staff was clearly not morning people; thus the reason for the overall 3 stars. If you're in the hotel area yes visit during off peak times to have the best experience it gets crowded quickly due to small size.

I went there yesterday for a manicure and pedicure, unfortunately I went back today for a refund on…read moremy manicure. I am not happy with it and think it could have been done much neater! However, the reason I'm giving 4 stars is because of the people that work here. Especially Teresa. When I walked in a man was sitting at the front desk and he greeted me right away and gave me information and had me in within about 20 minutes. (Not too bad for a walk-in) Teresa that did my nails was absolutely nothing but pleasant and quite fun to talk to! Very much a genuinely kind person. You don't see that a lot I find especially in this kind of industry. Plus I LOVED her hair. Just wish I loved my nails as much :(
