There is no waiter/waitress service so you view and select options from the menu and place orders at the register---names are called when ready. Everything worked smoothly and quickly even though this place was very busy. Love that all meals are served in biodegradable plates/bowls. The yogurt parfait was a healthy serving of yogurt, bananas, pineapple, and strawberries---2 thumbs up from the 9 year-old!
