Shine never followed through on coming to our house to give an estimate for window cleaning. I was sorely disappointed.

I am very impressed with the quality work and professional staff! Dave came out the same day I called to give me an estimate. I explained to him that it had to be perfect since we are selling our home. My house was a huge challenge.....VERY dirty. I have 2 large decks, ranch style home with many windows. We had both decks, entire house, sidewalk, cement porch, all windows and the screens for a low price. Each job is different and priced accordingly, so I will not disclose what I paid, but it was $150 less than the competitors. They arrived on time and ready to work! I had green mold on the north side of the house that I thought would never come off....I was wrong. They offered quality work and they took great care in what they did. Luke, the crew leader was so polite and prior to leaving asked if we could do a walk around to make sure it was to my satisfaction. It was. Our home had a particularly challenging gutter and downspout cleanup waiting for Shine's group. Nearby maple trees deposited a lot of seed-pod samaras (aka "helicopters," "whirlers," "twisters," or "whirligigs") onto our roof. Such seed pods eventually got stuck in our gutter guards, creating various blockages. The necessary work was quoted on a Tuesday, and Shine's techs visited us the following Friday and completed their initial work in about 30 minutes or less. However, slight miscommunications during the quoting phase and the techs' first visit left part of the cleanup incomplete. I contacted Shine's office later that Friday to discuss whether our work order was fully complete. With care, patience, and discretion, I also emailed pictures and videos of the initial work done. Shine's supervisor, Jeremy, agreed that that primary work required improvement, and so he sent a team out the following Monday to finish the job. Jeremy personally supervised this secondary work free-of-charge, taking special care of our roof, porches, and gutter guards. He also threw in a complimentary removal of roof debris, which was very kind. The second visit and complimentary work were much appreciated, and my wife and I are fully satisfied with the work accomplished.
