I worked for Dazzle Cleaning Service for two weeks, and it was an absolute disaster. They initially advertised $20 an hour, but once hired, I had to sign a contract stating I'd only make $10 an hour for driving all over Lansing. I worked full-time, 8 AM to 5 PM, and after putting in my two weeks' notice, they fired me the moment I came to return my equipment. After speaking with multiple people, I realized this is a pattern--most employees don't last more than three weeks. It seems like their business model is to hire new workers, have them clean houses, and then fire them before they can make any real money. After two weeks of work, I only received $250, while they profited off every house I cleaned. The owner, Amy, would honestly make a better farmer because she treats her employees like cattle--disposable and replaceable. This company is unethical, and I strongly recommend avoiding them. If you're looking for a job, don't waste your time. If you're looking for cleaning services, take your business elsewhere to a company that doesn't thrive on scamming workers. read more

We are so grateful to have found DAZZLE CLEANING SERVICE! We have been once-a-month customers for a year now. they provide just the extra "boost" we need to keep up. We are elderly & were overwhelmed with all there is to do. Our Technician is Sam. She truly is a blessing. She works hard, and smiles as she does it! So happy we weren't deceived by one of the home cleaning scams that seem to be so prevalent now. Be very careful when you decide WHO to allow in your home. Sam is detail oriented and consistently leaves our home shiny clean, especially our gloss finish flooring! I dont know how she does it! This company is very strange. The interview stage was beyond weird. I went in for an interview and when I walked in a was judged for being "too early" which Isn't really a thing to judge when you are searching for a job. The next thing that was weird was that it was a group interview. Which I was not warned before hand. So walking in and seeing three more people come in was annoying. The interview wasn't an interview. It was more so learning about the company and their core values. After that I then texted the number she told me to text to let them know I wanted in for the job. A day later I received an email from them saying I wasn't considered. It made no sense to me how I wasn't considered because I had all the experience In cleaning and in guest services. I was the only one who brought a resume to the interview as well. The whole thing was strange since I wasn't really interviewed...so to turn me away made no logical sense. If you are going to not go off work experience and personality and just go off your "gut feeling" then I don't see anything happening here. Especially since there are so many applications on jobsites that your company is putting out. read more

we tried booking a cleaner. the first one never showed up. they tried never a 2 and 3 one and they never showed up. I believe this company is a scam using bots as profiles because doing some research I discovered the cleaning people they sent never had profiles. total scan and we can't get a refund read more
