They were were for almost 2 hours and only cleaned the oven and the microwave. I asked for a deep cleaning of the kitchen. When I scheduled the cleaning, I asked what it entailed. The lady I spoke with said they would clean the windows, all small appliances, the countertops, cupboard doors, scrub and mop the floor and base board. The two ladies that came to do the job didnt even wash the countertops. There was coffee on the counter from when I poured my coffee that morning, still. The floors were not scrubbed. Less than half of the cupboards were wiped down and obviously needed a cleaning. This was a very light cleaning, nothing close to a deep clean. I even called the next morning to complain that the job was not done. I even sent them pictures. The lady that I was speaking too even agreed the job was not done correctly. They said they could come out that day(friday). I told her that I couldnt have them come out that day (friday) because I literally use my kitchen for my business. I had a huge wedding order and multiple other orders to be completed for the next day. That was the end of the emails. She never emailed me back an offer to come out a different day or anything. Then she told me the best they could do was a 15% off discount for the cleaning. I am furious. They want $150 for cleaning my oven and microwave! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE service. Do not hire this company! If I could add pictures, I would! This was my first time hiring a cleaning company. I wanted a deep clean and then a regular weekly cleaning and they did such a horrible job. How can a cleaning company only clean 1/4 of a kitchen and then expect a customer to pay for the service. This is not what i hired them for. I would have paid for it, if it was done correctly or even close to finished. Even if they would have said something along the lines of "this job is bigger than we anticipated" OR something! But not a word. The cleaning lady asked me if the oven looked good, which is does. But then when it was time for them to leave, they just packed up and said bye. Never asked if I wanted to check everything out or anything. Because they knew they were leaving the job unfinished. Horrible! I will never recommend this company to anyone!

Incredibly Disappointing Move-In Clean - Poor Quality and Worse Communication…read more I am highly unsatisfied with the move-in cleaning service provided by this company. We provided the exact square footage and paid explicitly for a comprehensive deep clean, which was supposed to include detailed cleaning of the windows, cabinets, and appliances. Unfortunately, the execution was completely unacceptable. Nearly every priority area was neglected: Kitchen & Appliances: The stovetop was left covered in grime and is currently unusable. The cabinets still feel crusty to the touch, and the exteriors were clearly never scrubbed. Windows & Bathrooms: The windows received a superficial wipe rather than a deep clean, and there is still heavy soap scum buildup left inside the shower soap holders. Fixtures: Light fixtures and ceiling fans were left covered in dust. When I confronted the company, they claimed they had cleaned the fixtures and that it was just "grime buildup"--however, my photos clearly show undisturbed layers of thick dust. They then shifted their excuse, claiming they didn't have step stools tall enough to reach them. My home has standard, average-height ceilings; a basic household step stool would have easily sufficed. To make matters worse, there was zero communication during the service. If they felt the job required more time or resources, they should have notified me. Because they stayed silent, I was never given the option to have them redirect their efforts toward the most critical areas. Paying for a move-in deep clean should mean walking into a fresh, ready-to-live-in home. Instead, I am left cleaning up after the professionals. They have offered absolutely no compensation or resolution for this incredibly disappointing service. I cannot recommend this company.

They get points for being eager: as soon as my carpet came in, they were ready to install. The only downside is that it was a few days into the virus lockdown, so we had to wait a while before we scheduled them. They didn't wear any PPE, which was a little annoying after we asked them to, but not enough to mark them down a whole star. We simply tried our best to stay six feet away, which wasn't too difficult, as they were just doing a bedroom. The best part was their reasonable prices. I went to a competitor and they were charging at least double--and that's without tear-out! I would definitely recommend this business to others.
