David called prior to arriving, once here introduced himself and staff. Asked me what my expectations were.....and then told me what I could expect. Due to a prior floor installation by another company......he expressed concern on a trouble spot but was able to work around it and make it shine! He answered all my questions, was extremely careful of my freshly painted walls and cleaned up before they left. It was refreshing to see a company show care and pride in my home. I would use them again and plan on recommending them to others.
