We just had Zerorez clean our carpets and they look new. I had previously used another carpet cleaning company, and tried some products I had purchased myself, to clean some high traffic areas and after a few weeks they looked truly terrible, likely because of residue; we we were honestly thinking that we might have to replace the carpets because of the stains. Thankfully, Josh expertly removed all of the stains and then did an amazing, efficient job on the rest. We have lived in this house for 5 years and the carpets look better than ever; it dried very quickly and is much softer. Zerorez is a great carpet cleaning company. The difference from others is that Zerorez is a better clean with no residue soap which makes a brighter clean for the carpets and upholstery. The carpets stay cleaner longer because there is no residue from soap of other companies that attract dirt. The service is fantastic! We love Josh every time he cleans our carpets. Despite it being a nasty snowy day, they took great care making sure they didn't track slush and snow inside. My carpet was pretty dirty so I didn't have high hopes that they could do much with it.
