Our IICRC trained techs offer deep carpet cleaning, specialized floor care, upholstery cleaning, and ceiling cleaning. We clean industrial equipment and offer dry ice blasting services. We have experience cleaning equipment in the food and beverage, aerospace and automotive sectors.

History
Established in 2004.
The company was originally founded by Jeff Cobb with the goal of building an innovative floor care company that uses industry-leading equipment and chemicals to achieve the highest standard of facility care. Over time, the company expanded to include janitorial services, which now comprise a majority of the company's revenue.
The current owner, Harry Kobrak, acquired the business from Jeff Cobb in 2022. The company has continued to grow its offerings and has developed expertise in cleaning industrial equipment with Dry Ice Blasting. Corporate Cleaning & Facility Services has also added ceiling cleaning expertise to its portfolio of services and is now West Michigan's only Authorized Service Provider for Ceiling Pro International. This has given CCFS access to proprietary chemicals and methods for cleaning porous and non-porous ceilings in kitchens, offices and manufacturing environments.
Meet the Business Owner: Harry K.
Prior to acquiring the company, Harry worked for Caterpillar, Inc. for 20 years in a variety of roles, including quality, product development and product management. Experience in systems and process implementation has been invaluable in continuing to improve service quality as the company expands.
