We had them for cleaning for maybe a year. The quality of the work was highly variable from clean to wondering if they even came. The final straw was when we had them on automatic weekly payments and the last time they lost our key and didn't clean, asked for us to get them a new key which we did within 48 hours and then they refused to return to clean and kept the money. read more

A glass bottle of aromatic syrup leaked in my pantry cupboard, which open into the dining room. I tried my carpet shampooer, but it broke down quickly, and needed service. Ants were coming in. The syrup dried, and I had a handyman put protective film over the stained areas. The dried syrup is still there, and there is still some insect activity, though not as much. Please see photo. When trying to arrange to have the lightly stained area cleaned, and the heavily stained area removed and replaced, I made sure to tell her that I am disabled, and cannot do this myself. Also, I need to have the pantry items put back. I sent the photo. When we spoke, she was very dismissive, and said I should get a carpet cleaning company. That is ridiculous. It's a small area, and it also needs those cans etc put back, which I cannot do. She has not gotten back after a week or so, which means she has no intention of doing the job. I consider this to be discrimination against my disability. BTW the Department of VeteransAffairs has a program that will allow me to get regular help at home, so it would not have been just one visit. You should not list a company that discriminates againt disabled people. Thank you. read more

I have a house in East Grand Rapids but live in Texas and needed someone to do a final cleaning on the house before I put it on the market. I spoke to Jill and she sent out two ladies to clean the house. I had to changed the appointment time twice because the painters were not finished yet, but she still worked around my schedule. They did an amazing job cleaning the house. Because the painters were still there and crated some dust, she send her crew back to clean the fans and the kitchen surfaces again.
