Can't give a lower rating. I have a broken foot and need my house cleaned and straightened. Before retirement, I've had housekeepers and personal assistants for decades. Domestic Divas said I wanted too much help and I needed a personal assistant. Really? Personal assistants don't clean. I always am extremely grateful for professionals who can help me with what needs to be done in my home. If I could do it all myself I would. I generally hire people who don't feel they are too "good" to do what is asked of them. These folks really are Divas, and who needs that? read more

Lainie is the woman you definitely want to clean your home. We have her (and her assistant) come once a month and they always do a great job and finish the cleaning "party-ready". Initially I was impressed by the owner and her crew but when they returned for a second time, they left things either undone or not done or done so poorly that you would have to not care to leave them that way or not pay attention. They spent less than an hour cleaning my 3000+ sq ft home. In spite of having a crew of 5, they missed obvious things. When I sent pictures of the oversights I was met with defensiveness rather than taking responsibility, not the measure of someone who wants to keep my business. In fact, I was told that I should be thankful because they did an "extra" for me: they wiped down the shelves in my medicine cabinets. I suspect that they were culling out clients who were particular, like me, because they never asked for payment for the last visit. This company has great reviews and was recommended by another service. Not all experiences are good and mine was horrible. read more

Fabulous cleaners, quick and efficient....they don't miss a thing. Have had them twice already! The "divas" are very accommodating, my husband who has a hospital bed (hospice) in the living room slept right thru while they cleaned the house around him. So personable, and my best friend in Los Angeles (who owns a cleaning business) visited and said she was amazed how well they cleaned my house, and believe me she did the "white glove" treatment! From start to finish, Domestic Divas were professional, responsive and prompt. Lainie came to my home at a very convenient time, assessed everything (including nooks and crannies I would have never thought to clean) and provided me with a reasonable quote for service. Scheduling was simple and the communication between myself and Mel was friendly and efficient. When I got home from work the day the Divas had been there, I swear my house seemed brighter simply because of the phenomenal job they did (and piles of dust they took out!). My 3 year old daughter was so excited with the fun way they organized the animals on her bed. Even our Springer Spaniel seemed happier after they had been at the house! I am blessed to have found Discreet Diva! A friend recommended and I have to say i LOVE LOVE LOVE!!! I have a unique situation where I have an airbnb. I need my house cleaned somewhat spontaneous and last minute, sometimes up to 3 times per week! It is nowhere near a consistent schedule. Discreet Diva (Lainie and company) nails it perfectly every time! Sometimes I have called within 24 hours and she makes it happen! Not only that but she is lovely and happy and bubbly and just a joy to be around! In addition she flips my laundry, makes the beds, cleans out the fridge and a lot of other little add-ons I have requested given the nature of my business. I strongly recommend Discreet Diva.
