Reached out for an appointment and Mark got back to me within 20 minutes, and was quick with immediate responses on different packages and pricing. My car was extremely dirty on the inside, and he left having it look like I drove it off the lot. It honestly blew my mind how he was able to get all the bits and pieces of trash or scraps of food in between the crevases. The outside hadn't been properly washed in close to a year and I havent seen my car shine like this in a long while. Plus, it was raining when he showed up to my house. He said he would start with the inside and if the rain was going when he was done he would come back to wash my car if I wanted to. Luckily the rain had stopped so I didnt have to worry about it but he was very professional about it. He's really nice, honest and spent his time on my car. Mark did excellent detailing on my heavily oxidized 1999 F150. While this 24 year old truck did not come out showroom new (Mark correctly and honestly managed my expectations), it is no longer an eyesore in my driveway. I recently had my cars detailed by Mark, but unfortunately, my experience did not meet my expectations. I paid $800 for both cars. The trax I requested a full detailing service that included both exterior and interior treatments, but several of the promised services were not completed. Additionally, I was upsold on a ceramic coating for the Trax, which I did not receive. The promised services included: iron removal spray, foam wash, hand wax, clay and seal, bug and tar removal, exterior plastic restoration (ceramic), window polish, window cleaning, rim and tire detail, tire shine, detail spray, deep vacuum, UV protectant deep wipe down, steam clean vent, cup holders, door jams, full shampoo and extraction, stain removal, window cleaning, scent, leather conditioning (if needed), and plastic conditioning (if needed). However, the services rendered were minimal. The cars were washed, but no clay bar treatment was done, no paint correction on either car, no decontamination particularly in the rear of the Trax, leftover cleaner residue was found, no cleaning was done in the trunk nooks and areas that seal out the outside, stains were still present in the seats indicating no extraction or shampooing, the exterior trim was still unrestored with no trim application applied, no tire dressing, and no ceramic coating on the Trax. The first car, a brand new 2025 Camry with only 300 miles, was not very dirty to begin with. However, water spots were missed and the rear window was not wiped down properly. This was addressed at the time of the service, and Mark fixed it with no problem. I was too busy to inspect the Trax at the time. Mark offered to come back and fix the issues but has not followed through. He promised twice to return but has neither come back nor reached out to make things right. For $800, I expected a comprehensive detailing service, but the work done was comparable to what I could get elsewhere for $100 or less. I have tried contacting Mark to address these issues, but I have not received a satisfactory response. I hope this review helps others in making an informed decision about their car detailing needs. read more
