Wow I cannot say enough about Allie. My 8 year old daughter actually asked me to write a review after we were there a couple times. Because she felt so much better and so held. It is so painful to see your baby hurting she was so gentle and energetically aware and sensitive I will would bring my whole family to see her and recommend her over and over to anyone especially those of you with kids! read more

I started having problems with my last chiropractor, because he didn't want to do adjustments and was focusing on the more "techy" side of chiropractic which is great, but not really what I need. This put me in a bit of a predicament. I needed to find a new chiropractor but I also kind of wasn't in a hurry. It's terrifying looking for someone to manipulate your joints when you have a bizarre genetic disorder that affects your joints. (Thanks, Mom!) So, I waited until I hurt myself and was FORCED to find a new chiropractor. Great, huh? My elbow was really bothering me and I couldn't even shower without help. Ugh. We searched around on Yelp for a five star chiropractor and we found Allie. We called her and due to a miracle (she is always crazy booked and can rarely take same day appointments) she was able to see me! As this was a new doc, I was terrified. If you're chronically ill you understand. You're sitting there thinking "How do I explain my complicated disease in thirty seconds or less, so that I don't get injured etc." Before my adjustment I explained that I had Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, and you know what Allie said "Oh, I've adjusted people with that." I actually did a happy dance! (She laughed). Allie is incredibly caring and kind. She wants you to feel your best and it is obvious. My husband, who has had back problems for years, lets her adjust him. He never liked adjustments before! Don't let the fact that this isn't a walk-in place put you off. Dr. Allie is WELL worth the wait and you will be so glad you went. read more

I go to Dr. Allie for my back problems, and she's a great, friendly person who seems to be helping my back out. I'm only midway through my treatment, so that's really all I can say for now. The studio is nicely decorated, and it's conveniently located to my home. read more

I've had many chiropractors adjust me, and none was like Dr. Allie. I've been going to her practice for the past two years, and my chronic back pain is now mostly gone. What differs her from other chiropractors I've been to is how much she is in tune with my body. She seems to know exactly how to adjust me each time (which differs quite a bit), and it just works. My firmly believe that my second pregnancy was much easier in part because I saw her regularly throughout. read more

I don't know about you, but I have been skeptical of chiropractors for quite some time now. In the spring of this past year, however, I finally got to the end of my rope with the pain of my sciatica. Through word of mouth I heard about Allie and made an appointment to go see her. Dr. Allie has a knack for finding the exact locations of pain and adjusting with speed instead of force, allowing your body to do what it needs to do. Her ability to read your body's energy has been uncannily dead on each time I've seen her. My life has changed quite a bit since starting with Allie. The back/leg pain has receded greatly. I've been able to be much more active again. I sleep better, feel better, and am generally in a much better mood. I can't recommend strongly enough how good this can be for your health and wellness. Don't wait as long as I did - go see Allie! read more

Dr. Allie Evans in Stapleton area. Shine Chiropractic. The woman is my angel of health and has helped me improve my quality of life greatly. Slipped disc L5/S1 for years without help until she got a hold of me and am now pain free and back to hockey and mountain biking. As honest as can be and is primarily motivated by healing and improving health, not profits. No fancy BS machines, no high pressure payment schedules or scare tactics, just an assessment and gentle manipulations. Go see her. You won't regret it. read more

I did something to my ribs/back earlier this week (pushing out cars from snow drifts). I called Dr. Evans on a Wednesday and left her a message. She personally returned my call within hours. I explained my symptoms and she scheduled me to see her the next morning. I was desperate for relief. I was amazed by how good she was. After pinpointing the areas, I cannot explain how amazing the relief was after the adjustments. She explained the muscles would take longer to relax. By the next morning the muscles had relaxed and I felt 100%. Very reasonable price for quality care. I will go back when I need an adjustment again. read more

Dr Allie is awesome! When I first saw her, a MD had already diagnosed me with spinal stenosis and wanted to do surgery on my neck. Looking for other options I went to Dr Allie. After two months of treatment with her, was pretty much pain free with no surgery. This was a couple of years ago. I still go to see her and get adjusted and have not had any problems with my neck and any more pain issues. This is not a cookie cutter practice, This is how all practices should be run. Personal and caring individualized treatment. Thank you Dr Allie read more

Dr. Allie is a caring, extremely adept chiropractor. I've been to many chiropractors, and she is unquestionably one of the best. She's super sweet, and her adjustment techniques are gentle, firm and effective. I highly recommend her, she's the best! read more

I called and left a message about getting a massage and 30 minutes later my call was returned. Although I couldn't get to the phone, the Dr. left me a message informing me that 1) She no longer did massages at her location and 2) She left me the contact of THREE massage therapists that she personally uses and recommends - along with their phone numbers and locations. I am floored that she took the time to recommend her personal therapists to me rather than a "sorry I dont do massage" message as I have noticed a lot of unprofessionalism with some of the offices in the area. Someone who takes this kind of time on a person who is not even coming to them for services is clearly a caring, professional and upstanding person and takes pride in her business and field of work. When it comes time for an adjustment - I will be coming here for sure! read more

Oh man! I love Allie!! She's warm, inviting, listens, caring, just really the kind of person I would put my body in her hands. She definitely takes a different approach to wellness than most chiropractors that I've been to, not that they were bad, but I much rather have someone that is feeling rather than checking off boxes of things to do. She gave me some things to do at home too, so that was obviously awesome! I've been twice now and I feel better already. I can't wait to see what happens over our next few visits. read more

I have had lower back pain for years. I've seen 2 Chiropractors, tried 2 separate physical therapists and several massage therapists. None of which alleviated my pain. I figured it was something I would just have to live with. My wife made me try cafe of life. After a few visits Allie had me pain free. I see her probably 3 time a year now and enjoy my active lifestyle pain free! Thanks Allie!! read more

Dr Allie is amazing! My daughter who is 16 and I have been seeing her for a couple of years. My daughter was having migraines and we had even been to the headache specialists at Children's Hospital. After starting sessions with Allie her migraines are gone! She keeps me aligned and has reduced my neck and hip pain significantly. We love you Dr Allie! read more

I have been seeing Dr. Allie for long time, she is the best and I have recommended NUMEROUS friends to her. She is amazing!!!

Oh my sweet baby Jesus! I hurt my back eight years ago and have had long term discomfort. I honestly had no idea what a Chiropractor does and even thought Alli walked me through it was I was still surprised. However after my first visit I feel better than I have since the injury years ago. I have to go back tomorrow and still not sure about how it's done -- and nervous -- but all I can tell you is I have not had this little discomfort and pain in years! Thank you Alli! read more

If you think chiropractors are just for back pain, think again. Dr. Allie has helped me calm down my postpartum hormones, get my stretched out body back into circulation, and even helps my immune system fight off colds. I take my kids to her too. Any cold, or ear infection, I bring them in and haven't had to put them on antibiotics. Dr. Allie even helped with my 4 year old's bedwetting! We love dr Allie. read more

I'd never been to a chiropractor until today. I've also never written a Yelp review. After meeting Dr. Allie, I felt compelled to do both! Encountering my first back pain, I now understand why it is such an urgent priority for so many. Five days of heat and ice, a massage and taking it easy didnt help--every step caused spasms and crossing my legs while seated brought tears to my eyes. Dr. Allie welcomed this skeptic with compassion, explained her philosophy and talked me through adjustments before taking any action. She made me comfortable and had me waliking tall out the door 30 minutes later. I couldnt resist doing a little shimmy and dance on the sidewalk, no longer restricted in my movement! And yet, I could have stayed longer basking in Dr. Allie's energy, the warm studio vibe and soothing music. Dr. Allie sent me on my way and insisted on me checking in with her tomorrow to let her know how I was doing. Right now I feel great, and I can't wait to return and embrace the possiblities of a healthier, happier life through visits to Cafe of Life. Thank you, Dr. Allie...and fellow doubters, please open yourself up to a visit. What a difference even one visit can make! Leigh read more
