Not only did they deliver, but EXCEEDED my request. My friends and family were not only amazed, but after the wedding and to this day, people are STILL TALKING about how fun and incredible the wedding was!! Her team handled our wedding like clockwork. They worked like secret service and everyone on her team was aware of EVERYTHING that was going on. There was constant communication amongst each other so my wife and I could just sit back and enjoy the day. They also recently handled my parents' 50th anniversary. Yasemin and her team worked with my parents and got them everything they asked for. They put everything into consideration: guest logistics, vendor recommendations, and their attention to every detail is impeccable!! This team is passionate about what they do. They have excellent relationships with their vendors and they work with you to create a vision and help you get what you want (and even things you didnt know you wanted, lol). If you trust their expertise, be open to their suggestions, and let them handle the stressful stuff, you WILL enjoy your event.

The pre-planning with Yasemin and Noelle, and then having Noelle and Gabbi onsite allowed us to actually be present for our wedding and it was the best money we spent during the whole wedding planning process. The weeks leading up to the wedding Noelle went above and beyond to make herself available and was such a support in getting everything across the finish line. They kept everything on time during the day and absolutely crushed the timeline and onsite management. I would 100% recommend working with them, they NEED to be apart of your wedding day.

Then 4 days before my family dinner, the service website (ezcater.com) called to inform me that the caterer has cancelled my order because of "illness". Not returning messages over the course of a week is poor customer service. Just as poor is cancelling on short notice via a third party.

PSA: Do Not Trust This Company With Time-Sensitive Events I…read morefeel obligated to warn others about this horrible experience. I did not "Have a rentastic day". Imagine it's the day before your bridal shower. You're catering the entire event yourself. You've spent weeks planning, shopping, prepping food, coordinating staff, and making sure every detail is perfect. Now imagine the tables and chairs you paid for in full were supposed to arrive at 8:00 AM... and they simply never show up. No call. No email. No update. No response. I was told around 11am that they would arrive around noon, and Rachel Frankel told me to "have a rentastic day" and then went home for the day, neglecting to answer the "urgent matter" extension, as it continually hung up on us. By 7:00 PM the night before my bridal shower, we still had no rentals and no answers. My fiance ended up driving to their location and literally knocking on doors trying to find someone. A manager admitted they may have forgotten our order. We were then asked for payment AGAIN despite already being paid in full. The rentals finally arrived late, in pouring rain, completely disrupting our setup schedule and forcing us to hire additional help just to get everything ready in time. Our set up for my bridal shower was ultimately late, and the food couldn't be served at the intended time which was really irritating. What bothered me most wasn't even the late delivery--it was the complete lack of communication, accountability, and professionalism. Not one proactive update. Not one sincere apology. The only thing they seemed concerned about afterward was getting me to remove my review on Google. Then, when they came to pick up, they parked on a busy road with nowhere to pull over, completely cutting off traffic, with the back of the box truck open. They tried carrying tables down 2 flights of cement stairs when we explicitly told them to go in the back multiple times where the items were right next to our parking lot. After me telling them for a third time to stop moving items on the cement steps because it is dangerous, they moved the truck, leaving the back OPEN, WITH ONE OF THE PEOPLE HANGING OUT OF THE TRUCK INSIDE HOLDING ALL THE TABLES?? Like, what insanity is that? There doesn't seem to be anyone managing this company effectively. If you're planning a wedding, bridal shower, baby shower, graduation party, or any event where timing matters, ask yourself: Would you be comfortable wondering at 7 PM the night before your event whether your tables and chairs are ever going to arrive? I wouldn't wish that stress on anyone. Choose a rental company that values communication and respects the importance of your event. Unfortunately, that was not my experience with Rentastic Party Rentals. You will certainly NOT have a rentastic day.
