I MUST be honest , my part was easy , made a phone call , paid for the rentals which was priced reasonable and the tables , chairs , tents , and floor mats were delivered, set up in short notice and the crew were very neat and quick with setup and with pickup the next day . I don't agree with a few pics showing ragged chairs , the tables and chairs were new and solid looking from our experience. Birthday party was fun , my niece was happy , the guest were happy , my cuz was happy and most important, I didn't have to lift a finger as atlas party rentals did it all. 4.5 stars on my yelp meter and would recommend 100 percent .

We had to find another company to get those 3 chairs in the last minute. He NEVER gave us refund. Horrible service!! I do not recommend this company at all. I feel sorry for the owner because he lack professionalism and manors. Based on conversation that he had with my manager he truly thinks he can charge to people and not delivering paid merchandise. They took care of everything we needed. Yancy shows he cares because he dedicated his time by answering random questions whether in the morning or afternoon. He also met with us more than once to help us since we wanted to do special things such as having all ladies and groomsmen walking in to their own songs as well as coordinating a mariachi band for cocktail hour. DJ Legacy personalizes your event by making sure he has the songs you are going to walk into (because there are many versions), and any special requests. Yancy asks questions as well as making suggestions while talking to him on the phone. He shows he cares and takes pride the work him and his team do.DJ Legacy and his MC were top notch professionals. The day of our wedding, DJ Legacy was on top of everything. The mariachi band was running late and he was already setting up a backup plan for us and speaking to the maitre d (I didn't find out until after the wedding because he makes sure the couple enjoys their day worry free).Yancy and the MC also kept everyone on their feet. They handled the DJ, Photography/videography and photobooth aspect of the Sweet 15 party. Yancy worked around our schedule and gave us different payment options. The price was reasonable for the amount of work being provided and he was very organized. We were provided with step by step forms to assure that the night went the way we hoped. He made notes of the night's theme and provided lighting and a customized logo for the photobooth. The music was varied, and requests were taken ahead of time. Also, the MC worked well with the crowd and kept the teenagers on the dance floor. Lastly, the photographer and videographers were great. They were at our house on time, and provided a varied option of poses and pictures. One thing to keep in mind is when they are taking pictures at the home it does take close to an hour, we lost limousine time due to this but it was more a lack of planning on our part. Throughout the party the photographers followed the birthday girl and assured to capture all the special moments. Something Legacy Entertainment does, that we especially liked was that pictures taken throughout the night are displayed on 2 tvs they provide. So as we enjoyed our night, we were able to relive moments of our party. Also, for Sweet15.16, they offer a slideshow of pictures to be shown at some point during the party. Grab your tissues! This is definitely an emotional part, they allow for 100 pictures to be included. Unfortunately, we had more than 100 and some were not included. Make sure to choose a variety of songs for the slide show, we only chose one and DJ Yancy had to add on his own. We were definitely very happy with Legacy Entertainment, DJ Yancy and DJ Romeo. We will be recommending their services to anyone who may need a DJ in the future.

We had a very bad experience with Abbott and Sons Rental. I was hosting a party for my daughter…read morewhich began at noon. Delivery of the furniture and linens were scheduled for 9 - 10 am (which would have left at least 2 hours for set up). However, when they did not show up by 10:00, we began to call Abbott and nobody was answering our calls. The rental truck and delivery guys showed up after 11:30 am! It was a disaster trying to get the 7 tables and 33 chairs unpacked and set up - while guests started to arrive! Guests helped unpack and set up chairs, set tablecloths and decor, get the food displayed on buffet tables, etc. It was embarassing to say the least. The delivery staff wanted to dump and leave the furniture and we insisted that they at least help us unpack the folded chairs! Furthermore, we scheduled for pickup later that day. When they showed up to pick up the furniture they were RUDE to the security doorman, refused to show identification, and moved past our security to go pick up the rentals from the party room! Our doorman called us in the apartment right away and was very upset. Upon raising all of these issues to Colleen at Abbott the day after the party, she confirmed that the delivery time of 9 - 10 basically became unrealistic to them, although they NEVER tried to contact us to let us know they'd be VERY LATE, let alone respond to our calls that morning! She then denied the whole other incident of pickup and not following our building's security and entry policy. She said she believed her delivery staff's side of the story rather than ours. Clearly Abbott and Sons has no concern or respect for the customer. They've offered no money back (which now comes as NO surprise from this company.) Well, at a cost of $400 for the rentals I guess they figured a TERRIBLE review of their company was worth it to them. DON'T USE THEM!!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT!

We scheduled our rental furniture to be delivered between 9-10am the day of my baby shower, which started at 12pm. At 10:15am I gave them a call to see where they were because no one had shown up or contacted me yet, but they didn't pick up the phone or return my message. I had to call a second time and the officer manager, Coleen, wasn't aware of the late delivery. She said she would find out and give me a call back, but she never did. The delivery staff didn't arrive until 11:30am!!!!! and the furniture wasn't in the room until 11:45am--15 mins before the party started. By that time we already had guests arriving, and had to put them to work to set the tables and prep the room for our party. To say they totally ruined the morning and caused everyone a TON OF STRESS on what should've been a joyful and stress-free day for the party hosts AND guests would be an understatement. SUCH A DISASTER. Then, when they came to pick up the furniture at the end of the day, they didn't contact me to coordinate or be escorted (again) and were EXTREMELY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL to my building's receptionist/security guard. When he asked them for identification they refused to provide it, gave him terrible attitude, and pushed past him. Not only is this completely inappropriate and unprofessional, but it is a security concern. I tried to give Abbott and Sons the benefit of the doubt by calling Coleen the following day to ask for an explanation and apology. Not only did it take multiple phone calls and messages over the next few days for her to pick up the phone, she was defensive and denied that her staff would treat anyone that way. She also told me there was a scheduling conflict and they had multiple deliveries scheduled for the same time that morning, which is why the delivery was late. Why didn't she tell me that when I booked it and we confirmed the delivery time??? Save yourself and your guests the hassle and stress and DO NOT BOOK ABBOTT AND SONS. I have never had such a poor experience with a vendor before in my life.
