I am extremely disappointed with the customer service from Balloon World. I booked a balloon arch,…read morebackdrop, and 5 centerpiece balloons for my son's First Communion back at the end of January for a May event. I paid upfront and carefully confirmed all details months in advance. The most important detail to me was that the backdrop would include my son's name and say "God Bless Benjamin." That personalized sign was the entire reason I chose this company. As the event approached in May, I received absolutely no confirmation or communication regarding delivery. I had to repeatedly call and text just to make sure they were still coming. No one answered and no calls were returned. When the owner finally responded, instead of professionally reassuring me, he texted that he was "busy setting up another event," as if I was supposed to understand or excuse the lack of communication. I am not a friend doing him a favor. I was a paying customer who deserved respect, professionalism, and basic communication. Eventually his assistant called me and asked me to go over all the details again. I even resent photos and specific instructions for the backdrop sign. Then she asked me for payment again as if I had never booked with them in the first place! I had to explain that I already booked and paid months earlier in January. That showed me they either lost my order or were completely disorganized. When I expressed my concerns to the owner, he blamed "busy prom season." That is not an acceptable excuse to give customers. If you run a business, you need to manage your schedule and communicate professionally with clients. The balloons themselves were delivered in the correct colors, but the backdrop had only a generic "God Bless" sign with no name, the one detail I was really looking forward to seeing and the main reason I hired them. After months of planning and stressing over whether they would even show up, this was incredibly upsetting. The lack of communication, organization, accountability, and professionalism made this a very frustrating experience. I would not recommend this business if customer service and reliability are important to you.

PSA: Do Not Trust This Company With Time-Sensitive Events I…read morefeel obligated to warn others about this horrible experience. I did not "Have a rentastic day". Imagine it's the day before your bridal shower. You're catering the entire event yourself. You've spent weeks planning, shopping, prepping food, coordinating staff, and making sure every detail is perfect. Now imagine the tables and chairs you paid for in full were supposed to arrive at 8:00 AM... and they simply never show up. No call. No email. No update. No response. I was told around 11am that they would arrive around noon, and Rachel Frankel told me to "have a rentastic day" and then went home for the day, neglecting to answer the "urgent matter" extension, as it continually hung up on us. By 7:00 PM the night before my bridal shower, we still had no rentals and no answers. My fiance ended up driving to their location and literally knocking on doors trying to find someone. A manager admitted they may have forgotten our order. We were then asked for payment AGAIN despite already being paid in full. The rentals finally arrived late, in pouring rain, completely disrupting our setup schedule and forcing us to hire additional help just to get everything ready in time. Our set up for my bridal shower was ultimately late, and the food couldn't be served at the intended time which was really irritating. What bothered me most wasn't even the late delivery--it was the complete lack of communication, accountability, and professionalism. Not one proactive update. Not one sincere apology. The only thing they seemed concerned about afterward was getting me to remove my review on Google. Then, when they came to pick up, they parked on a busy road with nowhere to pull over, completely cutting off traffic, with the back of the box truck open. They tried carrying tables down 2 flights of cement stairs when we explicitly told them to go in the back multiple times where the items were right next to our parking lot. After me telling them for a third time to stop moving items on the cement steps because it is dangerous, they moved the truck, leaving the back OPEN, WITH ONE OF THE PEOPLE HANGING OUT OF THE TRUCK INSIDE HOLDING ALL THE TABLES?? Like, what insanity is that? There doesn't seem to be anyone managing this company effectively. If you're planning a wedding, bridal shower, baby shower, graduation party, or any event where timing matters, ask yourself: Would you be comfortable wondering at 7 PM the night before your event whether your tables and chairs are ever going to arrive? I wouldn't wish that stress on anyone. Choose a rental company that values communication and respects the importance of your event. Unfortunately, that was not my experience with Rentastic Party Rentals. You will certainly NOT have a rentastic day.
