We hired the folks at Conrad's Concession for their photo booth, cotton candy machine and popcorn cart. We had kids running around, parents running around after their kids. You would think that getting into a Manhattan corporate office building with large items like a photo booth, cotton candy machine and popcorn cart would be hassle because of all the rules and regulations when it comes to the security and service elevators. This past weekend I used Conrads Concessions Churro Machine! It was such a nice touch to my Fiesta themed Birthday Party! I rented the machine for 5 o'clock on Saturday, Adam dropped it off around 4:30 that afternoon with churros already steaming hot and covered in cinnamon sugar! After he set up the machine and gave me a quick little lesson on how to handle the yummy treats, he went on his way. As for the churros... Absolutely delicious! They didn't get hard, the warmth of the bulbs kept each stick fresh, my guests LOVED them. Best part is Adam set me up with some serving bags, and a side of extra cinnamon and sugar, so anything left over was a party favor! The machine was picked up the following day around noon. The entire process was easy and stress free! I would DEFINITELY recommend Conrads Concessions, and will be using them in the future! Thanks again Adam! read more

Easy peasy. Rented a hot dog cart for the business. It was dropped off day before and they reviewed the instructions.Simple and easy to understand. Great nostalgic look and we had so many positive comments. Everyone loved the Hit dogs complete with sauerkraut, fresh buns and condiments. Hot dogs were hot within 45 minutes and stayed that way for the four hours we used it. read more

My fiance and I tried to book Conrad's Concessions for our wedding next month. After weeks of going back and forth and finalizing details, Conrad's asked for a deposit. When I called to give a deposit, they didn't answer. After multiple emails, they finally emailed me at midnight about 5 weeks before our date and told us they actually can't do our wedding. I'm sure their services are great, but I am extremely disappointed in Addam and the lack of credibility. It's hard to trust a vendor when they cannot be honest with you or mislead you about their availability. Update in response to Addam's response below to clear up some inaccuracies: We had been communicating for a little over 3 weeks over email plus additional phone calls. It would take Addam 2-4 days to respond to emails and I often had to call to remind him to respond (to which they never answered). I had asked for a contract to be drawn multiple times and was told that there is no need for a contract to be drawn. The specific information requested was provided immediately and when asked to make a payment, I asked how to make a payment, called to make a payment (no answer, surprise), and then emailed twice to ask how to make a payment, to which I was finally told that the date was unavailable due to overbooking (after a partner had returned from vacation mind you). You had never asked for a deposit early in our conversations and we were always under the impression verbally and via email that the date would work. We found out about Conrad's Concessions on the internet. We were looking to rent a chocolate fountain for my friends Bridal Shower. I called and was connected to Addam who was super helpful and accommodating. It was a quick process going through the rental packages and he was very thorough in explaining the different options. One the day of, he showed up ahead of the scheduled time. The set up was quick, easy and non-invasive. Everyone agreed that the fountain was the focus of the event. Clean up was also super easy. He arrived back at the end of the event and cleaned everything up within 20 mins. Addam and his team were an absolute pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend their services. I can't say enough about Conrad's Concessions. Since I've discovered them a few years ago, I try to find any reason to use them. We got a mango drink machine for my housewarming party. Mixed with a little pineapple rum, and it was a complete hit. I got a soft serve ice cream machine for my 30th birthday. Just imagine how awesome that is! Ice cream sundaes for everyone. For my baby shower, my mother even hired them for strawberry and mango drinks because she had heard me rave about them so much. (I didn't get to mix in the alcohol that time...lol) I've also gotten the chocolate fountain which is always fun. We rented a chocolate fountain from Conrad for my cousin's communion. WHAT A FABULOUS IDEA! Who doesn't love chocolate? Both the adults and kids got a kick out of dipping the different items in the chocolate. (Banana was a favorite) Although I went with the flying solo option, next time I with definitively choose the "Chocolatier" attendant service because its pretty necessary to have someone there to make sure the area stays nice and clean. It wasn't too messy but next time I'd rather not have to worry about making sure everyone has napkins and skewers. Needless to say I can't wait for the next event to have a chocolate fountain!
