The food, employees, and service at this family owned business are excellent!…read more Unfortunately, the behavior from upper management and certain family members the other night was deeply disappointing. During a party I attended, some guests apparently became "concerned" that I was not capable of driving myself home because I had been drinking. I was not stumbling, slurring my words, or acting irrationally in any way. From my perspective, the concern seemed based more on speculation, gossip, and assumptions than on anything I actually did. I was fully confident in my ability to get home safely, and I had the responsibility of dropping off my niece at her home first.....someone I would never put in danger. As I was trying to leave peacefully and get to my car, a guest physically grabbed me and restrained me outside against the railing. While holding me, he yelled aggressively, including comments about seeking help and even telling me to kill myself. I'm still not sure if this was his unique way of showing "concern." What made the situation worse is that the owner, his daughter, and a few others appeared to see what was happening and did nothing to intervene. I was screaming for him to let go of me, yet they looked away. At one point, the owner's daughter also threatened me, which was especially confusing since I rarely interact with her. The hypocrisy stood out most of all. There are allegations/rumors that certain family members of the proprietors had questionable drinking habits. Whether or not that's true isn't my business, and I don't condone terrible behavior. But when I pointed out the inconsistency and asked why no one had physically restrained those individuals after a few drinks, I was told it was "different" because they "have a shorter drive." That response revealed a lot. If the concern was genuinely about safety, it should have been applied consistently and thoughtfully.....not selectively in a way that felt humiliating and aggressive. To be fair, I was only half-ass invited to the event. In hindsight, attending was probably a poor choice on my part. That said, nothing justifies someone putting their hands on me. For additional context, the vehicle I drive has advanced self-driving technology that makes it safer than most drivers on the road on a regular afternoon.....something that can be hard for others to fully understand or appreciate.

We wasted thousands of dollars hiring Stacy. At first she was attentive towards my daughter, but as time went by she lost interest. The one time we really needed help with her dress, and she didn't return my call. In fact as the MOB she never acknowledged me the day of the wedding except when I asked to move the cards to a safer spot at reception in which she gave me an attitude. Don't expect her to be at the venue the morning of when the bride shows up or stay until the end. She shows up later to take a picture of rings etc with some fake flowers. ( not my daughters).
