I am INCREDIBLY disappointed with the waxing service i received at this location. Usually I get threaded on my chin and sides, but I thought I would try out waxing. I'd like to note that when I thread my chin, the ladies leave dozens of cuts on my chin due to their improper threading techniques, but that is a whole other issue. Now, back to waxing. I decided to wax my chin and sides and oh my god, NEVER AGAIN. First off, the lady (Urvi) messily applied wax all over my face, and it dripped onto my neck, clothes and lips. Secondly, she applied extremely hot wax onto my face and dug the stick in my skin. After waxing near my lip, she made it bleed as she "accidentally" put wax on my lips. Now, the day after my waxing, I woke up to severe purple burns on my chin and sides. It took five days for the burns to scab over and peel off, luckily not leaving behind a scar. I've gone back to Shila to show the pictures of my burns, and I was met with the response "You usually get threaded, do not get waxed next time!". Well excuse me, it should not matter how I choose to remove my hair, what matters is that it should be done properly. I do not believe these women are trained properly on how to handle hot wax, and I will not be returning to this location. read more

This place is amazing for eyebrows, they shape them so well and precisely. It's not painless by any means but I like it better than waxing for sure. I've been a regular for a long time, usually with different girls did my eyebrow. Sometimes with Shila, the owner. Because everytime I went there, old girls would be gone and new ones works there. After a while, I stick with Roja, but then, she's gone again. So that's how I went along with Shila. But then I showed up yesterday with my hubby, Roja is back, so I signed in for my hubby with Roja, and I signed in mine with Shila. And out of nowhere, Shila was like "oh, i'm still with another client, you go with Roja, oh my client was here before you. And Roja was the one told her that I was there first. She should have check her book see who's next, that's what the book is for. Very unprofessional as being a business owner. I've always noticed how moody she can be, but it never bother me. She can be extremely welcome and warm with you, or it could be otherwise. She put me in an awkward position with Roja, to choose and pick. I'm not going back, hopefuly, she can be more respectful towards her clients and employees, in the future. Manners speaks louder. Best threading place in town! Shila is so nice and so good at what she does! Mina (sp?) is another one of my go-to's and she is also very good. I love how they don't make my eyebrows look crazy and make them just the perfect shape for my face. (Not a fan of thick brows) I also am amazed at the fact that I don't leave crying afterwards and even actually find myself falling asleep in the chair sometimes. I went there twice. I was not happy. It seems that Shila did not want to do my eyebrows regarding to my disability. She acted like she was so busy with her customer who is not disability with full attention. She avoided with no greetings to me. There was other woman who had done my eyebrows twice. I was not happy with her twice. She skipped me to a customer who came late while I was there first on a waiting list.( 0h MY GOD, I had to act very COOL in front of these people who knew I was supposed to be next) Again, I will not go there. it is not a friendly environment for disabled people. Shila did not bother to take care of a diabled customer to be sure everythings ok. Everyone here commented on how GREAT she is .. If you are a disabled person, you wouldnt say HOW great she was and so forth. I found a better threading place who gives me a full attention. Even, Im a Huge Tipper and will contiune to tip and support that place that I go now,instead of Shila's.The place that I go , i do not have any regrets as the owner followed my reques regarding my eyebrows. The last threading business I went to really thinned out my eyebrows and left me bleeding from several tiny cuts. Since then I've let my eyebrows grow out and become shapeless. Although Shila did not personally thread my eyebrows, the other woman working was concise and pleasant. She didn't bother asking me what I wanted before she started to work, but she whipped my brows back into shape in no time. The experience was near painless, and I didn't get cut at all this time. I checked out Shila's for the first time after reading the great reviews. I have naturally thin eyebrows, messy in shape, difficult to work with, I'll acknowledge that. The best of the best, however, have definitely found a way to make them work. Perhaps if you're gifted in the eyebrow department, your visit would be worthwhile. The lady doing my eyebrows (I forgot her name unfortunately but I hate putting people on blast anyways, ironic because I'm writing a negative review, I know) asked me if I just needed a simple cleanup. I honestly needed a lot more than that so I very hesitantly said I needed them shaped, since I knew this is the eyebrow equivalent of "fuck me up, fam". I clarified, however, that I didn't want them thin and arched. The end result was, of course, ultra-thin and uber-arched. Very 1990s. Waiting patiently for them to grow back. Shila is great! She is one of the best Aesthetician specialists I know here in Vegas. I've been to many eyebrows threading locations and I can't find someone who knows specifically what I want. I have thick long eyebrows and every time I go somewhere different they either mislead the shape of my eyebrows or thin them out. Which I hate to look at or have thin eyebrows. Anyways, she's great and she has two locations and I'll go to either of them to get my eyebrows done. Everytime I have my eyebrows done they look AMAZING. Thanks Shila. read more

Went for the first time and it was very relaxing. I was a little worried about how much it would hurt but the threading wasn't that bad. I've never had my eyebrows threaded before but after reading so many good reviews I decided to give this place a shot and I'm so glad I did. The shop was very clean and professional. Once I finished signing in a girl already had a chair ready for me. Unfortunately I didn't catch her name but she was very nice and did an amazing job. The actual threading and price I would give 5 stars. The service and friendliness were definitely lacking. I called from a block away to ask if there was a wait. They said no. Showed up 1.5 minutes later and there were 8 people waiting. No acknowledgement upon arrival. read more

I have been going here since it opened, but never gave a review. I have gotten my eyebrows done at different places in town. I've been a regular at DB, Eyebrows R Us, and Patel's. What I did not like about those places is that they did not take their jobs professionally. At DB, if they're on the phone they will make you wait until they finish their conversation, and they have done this to me a couple of times already. Given that I have done that once during a visit, but it was for a very good reason. Patel's customer service was lacking. Both DB and Eyebrows R Us are not as careful as Shila's. Shila's was the only place where they never cut me or left blood marks. I don't really trust DB and Eyebrows R Us anymore because my eyebrows were a little bit uneven every time I get them done at their places. Shila's would take their time to make sure that my eyebrows were perfectly even. Threading hurts less when I go to Shila's. I just love their friendly and professional atmosphere. I don't trust my eyebrows anywhere else but Shila's. I have tried almost every eyebrow threading business in town, and Shila's is by far the best. Her business has the best deals, best service, great hours, great location, and I love their cute little place. :) read more
