DO NOT COME HERE!!!! THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS! I bought a vehicle here on May 6th of this year. The vehicle is already broke down and voluntarily repossessed! Let me just share why:
3 days after i got the vehicle, the check engine light turned on. A couple days later, I returned the car, that evening they said to pick it up. That it was only stored codes from previous work done to the car before resale. Next day, light came back on. Had the codes read and it was high fuel pressure. Tried to show this to my sales rep (Tyler), but he waived their hand, saying Autozone is just trying to sell parts. Day 9, car went into limp mode. Tyler tried to tell me to just use my warranty. I refused. I should not have to pay for diagnosis fees and my deductible so early into possessing this car! I went to the dealership and spoke with the owner, Derek. He agreed to send it to their Mechanic. In hindsight, I wish I would have used the warranty. June 3rd, I finally get a call from the dealership after calling them damn near DAILY because no one would update me on what was going on with my car. Their reasoning was because they don't want to rush the job and the job come back shitty, but that they have full trust in their mechanic to fix the car. Make sense right? Not even the mechanic would give me an update. I pick my car up, immediately after driving off the lot, it will not switch into 4th gear and puts itself into limp mode. I take it back to the dealership. They changed the fuel pump the first time. This time they have to replace the whole top of the cam shaft because the faulty fuel pump I tried to tell them about messed up the lines. This time I am given a loaner. The loaner already has the check engine light on. Mid-July, I get a call from the mechanic who tells me my car is fixed and running great, but that one of the employees there backed into my back hatch causing damages! They reassured me that the employee had coverage and they already took it to a collision center for repairs. Two weeks pass, and no one has updated me! No callbacks from neither the dealership or mechanic! Thankfully, I had my car connect to my MyFord app and it told me the address of where my car was. So I cross-referenced the address and found the collision center my car was at. Come to find out no work has been done to it because the mechanic didn't leave any insurance paperwork so legally the collision shop could not touch the car. They didn't even leave the keys! After calling the mechanic for the insurance info and attempting to file a claim, I found that the employee didn't even have coverage! I had to file a claim thru my insurance! And the back hatch was not the only damage! They damaged the front-end too I'm assuming because when they backed into it, they also bumped the front-end into something as well. Around this time, the loaner broke down. Ran fine, then leaving for work it overheated and put itself into limp mode. The dealership had to tow it back to their lot because it wouldn't even go over 5mph and we live about 35 miles from the dealership. I picked up my car from the collision center and planned to return it once the parts for repair came in because like the mechanic said, it's fixed right? Wrong! Next day, the check engine light turned back on and after checking the fluids I found the coolant was leaking. Coolant had to be added every day! Same day it started to make this tinking sound from the engine. A week later, it put itself into limp mode temporarily every day! It had no power whatsoever! After a lot of back and forth, Derek was now refusing to use the warranty on the car and was only willing to take it back to the SAME mechanic! Randy (another crappy sales rep) wouldn't even try to get me into another car even after Derek promised to do so! So, we babied the car in hopes that the loaner would become available again, but the car started to blow white smoke from the exhaust. Then, the timing chain broke and we gave up. We gave the car back. Mind you, we only drove the car when necessary which was rare because it was always in limp mode! These people are scammers! They refused to make things right and sell broken cars to many people! Do not give them your business! read more
