Kristen Troesch of Shields Up Health was incredibly helpful in setting up a Medicare advantage plan for me last month. Because of her experience as an insurance broker, but also having worked in the medical insurance world, I could not have hoped for a better guide in navigating this complicated process. She answered my MANY questions, running through scenarios to help me understand the way different plan options would work for me. I was dreading getting signed up for a plan, but I left her office feeling way more educated and super happy with the choice I had made. She will be there to provide continuing support with my current plan or help me should I ever need to enroll in a new plan.
