I reached out to have some hats embroidered and the experience was terrible from the start. Communication was lacking -- Chris barely read my emails and seemed uninterested in earning my business. I provided all necessary info and dropped off my blanks on April 25th. I was told the turnaround time was 10 days and that I'd receive an update. I emailed on Monday, May 5th to check in -- no response. I called on Tuesday the 6th and was told I'd get a text update -- nothing. I followed up again on Wednesday and they said they'd "check the status," yet still no follow-up. Out of frustration, I went in person on Thursday, May 8th. Chris was dismissive and arrogant.
