I got about 1 text for every 10-15 texts I sent. I never got a call back from my voice messages. When I finally got my order, they had done a good job. The whole house is open and full of samples- and if you want to borrow any of them to show someone they are more than hapoy to let you take a few. They also have tons of books if you don't see anything you like.
