Maybe some people don't like that they "keep it real" but they are also polite and up front about things. I get a good caring vibe from the office staff. I'm no medical professionals so I won't say I recommend them. But I can say that they treat me well even when I show up late. I actually didn't mind that they poked fun at me for being late. I deserved it haha. So if they aren't for you that's alright. People change doctors all the time. But they are good people and worth the shot.

He asked me exactly what caused my anxiety and then decided to divide up services into 2 appointments in order to get me in and out as quickly as possible. As long as you communicate what you need and what you are uncomfortable with, Dr. Litvinov will make sure he addresses your concerns. In addition, this is not an office that is buzzing with a ton of people. I love that it is in an intimate setting (his office is attached to his home), and that he is the only dentist there. When I was there, there were a total of 3-4 people there at all times. This provides a calmer experience. In addition, I went to this same office as a child and saw the dentist who was here before him--I never should have left! He is fabulous. Oh! And his admin--Judy--is super friendly and helpful. If you have been looking for a dentist to help you feel at ease in the chair, go see Dr. Litvinov! Just make sure you communicate enough so he can help you. Good luck!

The billing office is my bone of contention. Their lack of follow up with me has been pretty much non existent. They billed one of my companies but not the 2nd one. Also I paid the balance with my credit card. I am suppose to have a credit. I asked if could be credited to my crown this month and still no response. Jace told me while I was getting my cleaning earlier this month she would get back to me. That never happened! I have had to call numerous times. I miss Sheila terribly. The new owner equals a large staff turnover. (things that make you go hmmmm) I have paid over 15K for work with the previous owners and never experienced the lack of customer service that I have in the past 4 months. I hope they can get it together.
