Had to stop what I'm doing to leave a review--that helpful. Not a contractor, so he had to listen to me describe a part poorly. He deciphered what I meant, and even went so far as to research a photo a contractor sent me of what we needed. Although everyone we spoke with earlier was also unfamiliar with the item, Bill took the time to understand the project and why we may have been told to source this item. Then, he did what he could to locate and refer us to someone who may have it. Absolutely excellent customer service, gained some customers!

From the initial experience of painting the exterior of my home, I sought their expertise to help with a minor project with the interior. I've hired them twice thus far! Matt came out AND WAS THE ONLY ONE focused on and in agreement that it needed sanding in addition to scraping. We knew it was a time consuming job and wouldnt be cheap no matter who we chose. His estimate was fair and we liked his professionalism. Then it began to rain and the very fussy person at this house is me, and I had to leave town for a wedding. Matt kept me updated via e-mail & text. He powerwashed, scraped , sanded, painted, all while I was out of town. I pulled in the driveway tonight and I think this is the best that fascia has ever looked and we've lived here since Nov. 1986 and had numerous paint jobs and fascia board only redo's. Matt does everything he says, and if he's late due to traffic, lets you know. We will use him again and plan to hire him for my Dad's place next year. From all appearances, his crew cleaned up well considering there mustve been lots of paint chips. I would not hesitate to reccomend his company & you should especially give him a consideration if you are a fussy, detail oriented person like myself.
