So ordered a PALLET of rock and waited…read more An email arrived Sunday night, saying delivery would be the next day, Monday between 6 am and 8 pm, so I planned to be here for it. I stayed at home and watched for the truck. At 730 pm on Monday and no delivery yet! I call the 800 number for distribution center. They forward me to the local store (60 miles away, this is rural). The manager at the store sees it was ordered, processed (they have plenty of stock), but they did not see it actually having been loaded that morning for delivery! THEY sent me the email saying it was coming. They "processed" it, but did not load it???? WTHeck. Manager sees it in the system for delivery, but nothing was loaded, so will try to find the drivers or the delivery team manager to figure out what is up! HOW does a delivery notice get sent to email, yet the product NEVER got loaded? Shouldn't the email come after it is loaded? BAD EXPERIENCE. THEY told me to be here today. Not like I picked it. American business is FAILING. We USED to make it happen.

We really tried to give this business a chance, but I cannot recommend that anyone do business…read morehere. There's very little help with choosing materials, and when we finally did order, we drove 40 miles it pick it up, waited over forty minutes for someone to find it, got home, and realized several boxes of tiles were broken. They made right on that, but wouldn't ship it to us, so we had another trip to the store. Than, when we got to the point of install, we realized the tile was a different color than the sample. We were outside a thirty day window at that point, though we never received any paperwork stating any problems had to be addressed in thirty days (when we ordered, we did it by phone). Essentially, they said too bad, and even if there was a problem with the material itself, we would get charged 25% restocking fee plus freight. We asked that they call the tile rep because we felt it was a dye lot problem. They said they would but never did. Just really horrible service all around and they refuse to back up their products.

You don't have to wait for someone to come to the paint department to help you. You get great one on one attention at this store. They only thing SW could improve is to add a larger selection of paint colors. There doesn't seem to be a lot of the brighter colors available.
