I live in Pittsburgh, PA, and I could not find any bathroom vanities and cabinets that I like in my city, so I searched online. The Menards website had cabinets that I liked, so my husband and I drove out to this store in West Virginia to see the cabinets in person. As I walked through the store, I felt happy with the selection of merchandise: appliances, bathroom vanities, kitchen cabinets, light fixtures, electrical and plumbing supplies, primers and paints, flooring, pet supplies, etcetera. I even saw beauty products and foods! Some brands are available at competing retailers, but other brands are not available elsewhere. I viewed the bathroom cabinets in person, and I really liked the quality, style, and price. I needed much time to decide my preferred species of wood and color of stain. An employee kindly showed me another cabinet in a sample color so I could try to make up my mind. I plan to soon special-order these bathroom cabinets through the website. Otherwise, I picked out a can of primer and several cat treats. The cashier accurately rang up my purchase and thanked me.

Not to bash them, but it often feels like their staff are not interested in helping me, and I just can never seem to find what I need without googling the item first and locating it myself. I dread going in there. ANYWAY... I recently discovered that I live in quick driving distance from this Ace Hardware location. I was in desperate need of shelf pins for my kitchen cabinets- specially the 1/4 " size. I had looked everywhere for them- Lowe's and Home Depot, multiple locations for both. I even ordered some off of Amazon and the wrong size was sent to me. When I discovered this Ace Hardware, I called them first to ensure they had the size shelf pins I was looking for. To my delight, they answered the phone right away and let me know they had the size I was looking for in stock. I made the short drive there and found exactly what I was looking for and more. I have been to this location 3x since then. Every time I have been greeted with a friendly smile by one of their employees. Honestly, this place is like a breath of fresh air. I am so relieved to have found it and feel so lucky they are so close to my new home. I am a rewards member now and look forward to visiting many, many more times. Thanks for being awesome, Ace Hardware in Greentree!

I called to look for some roll fence today because it is hard to find these days on account of the fact most of it is made in China, and supply chains are disrupted. This know and understand. But when asked when they would be getting any more in, the woman who on the phone said "I don't know, you'll have to ask governor Wolf." She was trying to blame supply problems with china on the governor. Any place or business that is going to pass around BS conspiracy theories and get political over fence, when the real problem is the material is made in china, is a no-go place in my book. I'm done with this place. They don't enforce the mask rules either.

So many options were available, but they were more than willing to accommodate me. The older gentleman took my two blanks and my original without hesitation and began to cut them before my eyes. He was done in a jiffy and the price was about as good as it gets. I will make it a point to come here in the future or recommend to anyone else to go here for key cutting services.
