The saleswoman was really helpful and let me try on a few pieces. Given the price reduction and my fondness for one necklace, I made a purchase in a smooth transaction that came with a nice bag and box to take home. It was a great purchasing process.

Parking is a bit tricky on the weekend, so we had to park (possibly ethically wrong, but I swear it was empty!) in a neighboring business's lot and walked over. The gentleman who made our keys took his time to make sure they were matched up correctly, and I appreciated that little bit of extra effort. I almost bought a miniature Weber Grill that served as a bird feeder but I HAD TO WALK AWAY. (I had to ignore the inner voice that shrieked, "but it's so cuuuuuuuute!"

I explained that i was not returning it because i had a change of mind, it was obviously distorted (not fit for its purpose/defective). They did not care! This was dangerous, they don't stand behind their tools. I actually got hurt from this tool and didn't complain about it. Now, instead of switching it out, I still have the defective tool. Hmmmm!

The only thing I needed was a periscope for my dryer. Online stated that they were in stock. The geriatric Gentleman at the keys must have had an extremely stressful night, as angry as he was. If you were going to watch me throughout the store, you could've assisted me with finding my item. When asked about another item I was completely ignored. Is it because I am a woman? Is it because I am of color? I went to another location and have an excellent customer service experience. (Brigantine/Ms. Shirley) Where she was able to look into her system and saw that they (Northfield) indeed had one in stock. She was wonderful enough to order me one to pick up at her location.

Either way, you know what I'mma saying. First, a disclaimer... the awesome pair that I currently own are the "Ever Popular M-Frame Oakley's." I haven't owned them very long, just since the Summer of 1997, so no, they didn't need to be replaced. But my wife has not let up on me getting a new pair! So, as every good hubby does, he gives in and gets a new pair. My temper tantrums weren't working anymore and I was pretty much given an ultimatum, "It's either the Oakley's or me!!" So, after much thought, kinda like the lady does in "Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory" when her husband is kidnapped, and it's either "Your husband or your case of Wonka Bars...!" I decided to get a new pair. My brother in law showed my wife a pair of Maui Jim's and I do have to say, I "Rocked them like a Hurricane!!" My wife was also a big fan of them. So, after trying on a few dozen of them, I decided on the Maui Jim's Ho'Okipa style. They were priced right and we even got my wife a new pair of Ray Bans for $40 off. So, after 45 mins of decisions, we both walked out with a brand-spankin' new pair of shades and a few Benjamin's lighter in the wallet. Very courteous customer service was provided and at no time were we feeling rushed or hurried to purchase anything. Thank you Des Lunettes de Soleil Hut!

This was a one stop shop and I'd totally stop in if you're missing something for your beach day.!!
