Then she checked me out and when the transaction was done she didn't say anything and just turned around and started texting on her phone. Didn't say thank you or anything. She didn't put my items in a bag or get my receipt off the cash register. I had to carry my items and reach around to grab my own receipt off the register. Then watched me walk out without saying anything. I mean customer service is lacking big time!

So she refused to help me when I needed very little done. Probably would have taken less ten minutes. But the manager, Tiffany, was not interested in helping me at all. Very bad customer service. She just wanted to close and leave.

Considering a remodel? This place definitely has options. I don't know, but going from place to…read moreplace looking for tile, floors, doors, sinks, etc., is stressful. This offers a lot of variety for a lot of needs in one place. The pricing seemed pretty competitive, but honestly I was so overwhelmed I didn't really check this out as much as I should have. What was outstanding was the customer service. My questions were answered easily and returns were accepted with no hassle. This is a win-win for me.

I would give it a 0 if I could but Danielle Gillmore is very very but very unprofessional ! and…read morelacks tons customer service and communication skills ! I am appalled on how someone like that is a manager, let alone is allowed to work here . if you want need any flooring or anything of the sort I suggest you go to ANY other location but this one . It seems like she has a problem with Latinos or Mexicans . I had my family contractor call regarding my order who's first language is Spanish with a heavy accent called regarding the status on my order because I told him to, although he does have a language barrier its never been an issue to get his point across if you have a brain , which clearly she lacks. I have been in this store several times and never had an issue with any other associate from cashiers to designers to some people on the floor etc . there was even one time I did not have a receipt for one of my products and I do understand the policies and a young gentleman in the front with curly hair returned them for me either way due to me having my receipt for all of my other returns and it was only 2 pieces of a mosaic, cause floor and decor is all about assisting customers right?? WRONG !! And from seeing the reviews it is not a first. And I do not know who she feels like but clearly this is not the place for her she has such a bad reputation with the store because when I told my neighbor about this incident who also does tons of remodeling and business in this location he knew exactly who I was referring to which says A LOT . anyways she answered the phone and my contractor was explaining the situation that my order had been in a pending shipping for a while now . she proceeded to HUH!?? WHAT?! I CANNOT UNDERSTAND WHAT YOU ARE SAYING and "SIR I NEED YOU TO TALK CLEALY I DO NOT KNOW WHAT *mocks him* IS and *hangs up* . Yes just like that . as I'm in the kitchen listening to this I cannot believe my ears so I tell him to disregard it and I decide go into the store and there she is in the back desk with her jacked up teeth and eyes wide "Hi do you have a receipt??" I just walked through the door went to the pros and cancelled my order I cannot believe floor and decor would allow such person to work here she is clearly there just for a check . And clearly does not care to resolve any customer issues if anything she gets s kick or ruining your day and is straight up RUDE!! please save yourself a headache, gas and a trip, my family and I will no longer be doing business here or any F&D we'd rather not deal with someone as miserable as her. I will also be taking this to Human Resources because the energy she gives off is up front MALICIOUS!!
