Stop in to this spacious business to replenish my stain. Luckily I stopped in because they had a 40%sale on stains! The place is very spacious with plenty of items and tools to help with your projects. I brought in what I needed and the guy helped me in a flash. Took the numbers and made my gallon less than 10 minutes. While you are waiting there is a coffee machine to help yourself to a beverage. The value of the stain was well worth it after the sale price. They do have a lot to choose from but I was focus on the item I needed which is approved by hoa. read more

I went in there a couple of days ago and I ordered a gallon of the smoky blue, satin finish paint. It was around $75. The person that got me the paint wasn't extremely friendly, but they were OK. I think they were just distracted at the time, I will say that they mixed up my paint really quickly, which I appreciate. I probably would've given the Sherwin Wiliams, a three star, if that was the end of the story. However, it wasn't!!! About a day later, I was looking online, and realized that I was charged more than I should have been. Apparently they had a 25% off sale that I didn't know about. I reached out to Sherwin-Williams, and they made me very happy with how the resolved the situation. They cared about the inconvenience that they caused me, and they went above & Beyond to fix it. We are redoing the porches on our house and are looking for a paint color to compliment the cedar post. The contractor we are using suggested Sherwin-Williams. We were in town, so we decided to visit this place. We walked in and looked around - basically made ourselves at home. We looked at samples, brochures, etc. but were never waited on. In fact, we were in the business for between 15-30 minutes and nobody ever said squat to us. No come in, can I help you, be with you in a minute, nothing. The 2 guys behind the counter were so busy talking between themselves that they could not take the time to even get off their b***!! Will we go back? Not to this location. There are multiple locations, so I can still use their paint without giving this location any business. read more

Do not shop here. We brought a stain in yesterday morning for a match that took them 24 hours to complete. Go in and they don't know which one is the right sample then it obviously doesn't match. Also, when we arrived they have a sign up that says they are closed for 15 mins to"clean". We call as no one is walking around the store cleaning and the guy walks out and starts just spraying lysol in the air. Entire weekend waisted. read more

Walked in looking for paint to repair a small wall fix and was basically told every reason why the Sherwin-Williams paint I had purchased 13 years ago could not be matched. No suggestion on how they could help me with my paint need. Went to Home Depot and they matched it and made my sample size jar in about 2 minutes. And it was a perfect match on the wall. So Sherwin-Williams cant match their own paint, but Home Depot could with no problem at all. Guess you know where I will purchase my paint in the future. read more
